Had a great time. The campsites were not quiet set up like the online map indicated. The bathroom were clean but could have used some tlc on the showers with cleaning. The wifi did not work at all, which made using the app impossible because of having no cell service. Their computer system went down so everything was cash only. Over all it was a fun weekend.

We had a great time. It was a little challenging at the end of the week with no wifi. I'm waiting for you to email me my grandson's jr ranger certificate. I understand this was beyond your control, it will not hinder my decision to come back.

Lots of fun things for the kids to do and experience. I’d say the only two things that could have made our stay better was some more toddler playground equipment for my 18 month old and better WiFi that extends to all corners on the park. At site 63, we could not get the WiFi signal at our site.

We arrived Thursday afternoon. Check in was quick & easy. Thanks to the online map we pretty much new where our site was so no problem there. Some sort of activity going on every hour so plenty to do to keep children entertained. All in all a great place to camp. Firewood is in my opinion a little pricey. We paid for 3 large bags while we were there (3 nights) and one of the bags was basically all kindling nothing big that would burn a while. We plan to return in August.

We had a great site and so much fun things to do for kids.

I had a good experience except for how the camp staff didn’t take my concerns lightly when a man was fondling himself while watching children at the park.

Cabin was dusty and dirty, when we took the kids to do a free Father’s Day craft we were told it was changed to a pay-craft, internet/tv was out half of our stay, air conditioning stopped working

It was a blast! So much to do for the kids loved how many activities there were and the overall cleanliness was fantastic.The internet did go down the last day and a half we were there which limited us on the activities we could do. We were allowed to have our card on file charged for gem mining but when asking if we could do the same to do tie die and buying a few candy bars to participate in candy bar bingo we were told no. That was a little upsetting as my daughter was looking to do both of those activities.

We had a great stay at Jellystone! The campground was clean, well-maintained, and the staff was friendly and helpful. There were plenty of activities for the kids, and the daily schedule kept them entertained all weekend. We would definitely visit again!
