Definitely would not be returning. My family loves camping and has stayed at other jelly stones. We thought this one was gonna be perfect. Due to being not too far of a drive and having water activities of all ages of children in our group. Very disappointing that the obstacle course wasn’t included.Would have been over $200 for our group to all use it and only for only 1 hour. Campsite didn’t have a grill or grill grate for the fire pit. We purchased 5 bundles of wood thinking we would be using it all for grilling our food. So we have to scramble to figure out how to cook at last minute. That resulting in spending more money to buy charcoal and find an available grill. I asked if I could return the 3 bundles we never opened and I was told no. Also when we checked in we ask what was the best way to rent a golf cart, we were told to come back the next day at 10 AM and we could rent an golf cart for the entire day and return it in the next morning. When we return the next day to rent a golf cart, we were told that we could reserve one and had to wait until 4 o’clock to pick it up. We obviously complained about it and staff was able to rent us the cart.

The deluxe cabin we stayed in was well taken care of, the pools were also nice & well kept. However the wibit water obstacle course was beyond unsanitary. There has to be a way to keep the geese off or clean it prior to use. Popping in piles of goose poop, goose poop water & it splashing in your eyes & faces is not healthy!

My family had an enjoyable time with a few issues. All staff was knowledgeable and friendly. Park seems a bit short staff esp in the activities. My grandson wanted to see the bears at the playground with popsicles. The guide said the activity would be from noon-1. We got there at 1220 there were no bears or popsicles. Likewise on the donut day we were third in line and no donuts were available.

We loved the amenities and planned activities but management was horrible. We stayed in the Cozy Cabins and our cabin had no screens whereas the others did, so we couldn’t open the windows for fresh air or breeze. We asked for screens at the ranger station and were told we would get some that day (Saturday morning). We did not. That evening, our air conditioner stopped working so it was insanely hot with no open windows or AC. Everything was closed by then and there was no after hours number to call. So our second night was absolutely miserable!! We almost left. The next day we expressed our disappointment at checkout and they just said sorry that must have been awful… uh yeah! This is was second year staying there and wanted to make it a tradition every year, but after that experience I’m not sure we’ll be back. Maybe a day trip next time. Very disappointing stay.

We enjoyed our stay. There were two things that we feel could have made it a great experience if taken care of properly. The restrooms/shower areas were very dirty and many of the toilets were either out of order or clogged/ over flowing. Also, the wibits were COVERED in goose/bird poop, to the point that our groups swim trunks were coated in it. Between the restrooms/showers and the lack of care of the inflatable area that we had to pay extra for, it definitely made our experience less than ideal. This is unfortunate because the park is truly great and the amenities are also great.

Our grands loved your park and had the best time. So much fun they were begging for a couple more days upon our departure. We found the park in need of repair and staffing. We expected a lifeguard on the Wibit and there was none. The beach needed a good cleaning as it was covered in goose excrement. There are simple fixes to keep geese off a beach of which there were none. The mini golf course was in a horrible state of disrepair. We witnessed a young boy get injured on the splash pad and the amount of blood coming from his chin should have warranted a closure and a cleaning. Neither was done, although they didn’t hesitate to close for lunch. The fencing around the pool was broken and leaning in several places. The jump pad wasn’t opened. It is a magical place for the children as they look beyond. Do better, it is worth it for them.

Great experience. Lots to do. Bummed that the event weekend wasn’t communicated well. People who didn’t know it was happening had no clue, made kids very disappointed. Bathrooms by the splash park water slides were absolutely disgusting. Bummed the bounce pillows weren’t up either as my kids were really looking forward to that.

Upon arrival our cabin wasn't very clean. There were still items from the people before us. One of the other cabins next to us took our picnic table for there group. The t.v. in the cabin was not working the entire time. The pool was not opened when it was supposed to be. It was opened 45 minutes after it was supposed to be open. The pool area had the same cups, towels, and items around the pool area for the entire area. It appeared that no one cleaned the pool area the entire trip. The beach area was cover in geese feces and made seem unsafe to let my child swim in or play in the area.Staff at the food area seemed like we were bothering them ordering food.

Check in was easy. Staff all around was nice and helpful. The wibit (obstacle course) was $21.20 per person plus I heard there’s was goose poop in the lake and on the course. My kids didn’t want too go on obstacle course because of the poop It should be included in the stay Tie dye was $20 per person. Mini golf course needed some work but still playable.the pool splash park and waterslides was the best part. Took 3 kids 2-8yo and 12yo Definitely toward younger kids The campsites are decent size so you’re not right next to another camper or like on top either.
