When we arrive at Jellystone, we had something mechanically wrong with our camper, and almost weren’t able to put the slides out, or the stands down. By the end of the Fourth of July weekend, we had no power in the camper (again our fault mechanically), so we went to the office and asked for assistance. Ryan came out to our site and worked diligently in the rain, trying to figure out a way to get our stabilizer bars back up and our slides back in. After a long while he got it all accomplished, a man named Scotty also assisted at the end. We attempted to tip the men for all of their hard work, especially on a holiday weekend, the both declined the cash. My deepest regards to both them for working so diligently in the rain, if they wouldn’t accept a gratuity from us, I am hoping that Jellystone takes care of them with a bonus or paid time off, that they greatly deserve. Thank you.

You charge WAY too much for the sites, don't offer wifi and then charge for most other things for kids!

Everything cost out of pocket we have been to a couple of yogi bear parks and never had to pay out of pocket for so many things. Also there was very low staff so the process of paying for the obstacle course took 40 mins

Nice campground, fire rings are too close to camper at site 283. Pool should be bigger for the number of campsites. Very pricey to camp.

Overall, despite the weather, we had a good time. The line for ice cream was always long and the flavors were lacking, with the only available flavors most nights being Chocolate and Vanilla. The rock slues was also broke for 2 nights of our stay. The splash pad also never got cleaned; there were wet napkins near the entrance so my baby (11months) couldn't play in the fountains.

We had great memories and a lot of fun with the family, the organization of the rec center and cafe was very unsure of what to do a lot of the time. The hours of the cafe closed 2 hours early in a Friday. And because of a “program/software error” when I booked in march they had. 6 seat golf cart rental. I booked and paid. And then paid the rest on June 2nd. And still nothing was communicated about the golf cart then. Then less than 24 hours of checking in. You called to say you took our away. Even though I booked and planned and paid In advance. And even after telling you that my mother needed one because she had a stroke and that was the transportation for her. And then we seen with our own eyes that the SAME WHITE 6 seater golf cart said in the same sport from Thursday afternoon all the way up until Sunday morning. You could have let us use it for the 3 days prior. That would have worked out wonderful. But you made it very clear that you couldn’t do anything but refund my card even before calling me and talking about this problem. And then you refunded the amenities for “inconvenience”. Nothing seems to be organized or proper.

Pool was green when we arrived was a little bit better the next day but still seemed like the chemicals were off, there were a small pile of abandoned towels by the entrance of the pool area our entire stay, everything seemed very unkept, pool area cement was dirty with debris, some small puddles which were hazardous, someone fell. Shower stall had a pile of old slime hair off to the side, that was there my entire 3 days . Definitely was downgraded from the last time I was here a few yrs ago. I feel like due to the name and price of this stay it should have been kept up way better than what I experienced, and you could tell that this just wasn't from a couple days this looked like they just dont clean anything nightly or daily as it should be.I was honestly disappointed in the appearance of everything. And the tye dye shirts was a disaster, ran out of shirt sizes and no staff knew the process when trying to sign up for this, very disorganized. I do like that they have a pool and a small water park is good for kids of all ages.I would say camp at your own discretion, the price point doesn't equal the quality of the campground cleanliness or just basic up keep aside from the grass being cut and the trash being picked up.

Love the large campsites. The water saving shower heads worked way better than I expected. Plenty of hot water even on busy days. Ground were clean and mostly maintained. Put put course could use some love but it works and was fun. Was disappointed to learn the obstacle course was extra, but not a deal breaker. Staff was kind but knew very little about the area as far as things to do outside the campground. Over all good experiences.

Mini golf is in very poor condition. One jump pillow was broken the other had a giant hole in it and my kids leg almost went through it. Bear visits shouldn't cost money or have only one bear per event when I paid over $500 for a three night stay. Experience at a KOA was more positive and won't be back, overpriced.
