Mini golf is in very poor condition. One jump pillow was broken the other had a giant hole in it and my kids leg almost went through it. Bear visits shouldn't cost money or have only one bear per event when I paid over $500 for a three night stay. Experience at a KOA was more positive and won't be back, overpriced.

Didnt tell me till i went in that i couldnt get golf cart, and yet i had already paid for it. Hard for us to get around, disabled. If their arent enough golf carts, yet many sitting there in need of repairs. Pool and pillows were not shut down at night

The amount of goose poop on the camp sites is unacceptable. The hours for the water attractions are never consistent. Something is always broken, between the water park or the bounce pillows. The place is starting to look run down, pool area is dirty.

We were unable to get the 2 golf carts like we had booked, ended up with only one so that was an inconvenience. Also, the one cabin we rented (maybe cozy cabin 25)- the top bunk did not have a side rail (possibly broken off) so we were unable to use top bunk

I made my reservation over the phone and the lady did not tell me I needed to lock in my site to guarantee that site. I get there and am told that the site I reserved was good to go and get there and someone else was moved to that site and I was moved way into the back. After going to the office again because I was not told I was moved I then got moved to a site closer which I am grateful they did that. They did try to make it right. We then asked about golf carts and was told they were all checked out with a lot of carts sitting up front and was never told that people bring them back when they check out and get checked out by new campers. If we would have known that we would have went back up the check on them being returned. The other issue we had was we were told the Wibit was $10 by the lady who made our reservation and get there and it was 20. So we paid and made our time slot to then have to wait way past our time slot for life jackets because groups would not get off of it. There was very little organization with that. The park was for the most part clean but poor communication and lack of organization.

Retired couple stayed back of park. Very quiet. Liked the large lot. Listened to music Sat before fireworks (which were awesome.) Only issues were no phone or wifi in back of park. So we couldn't get on the App to get info. Sandy across the street who is a seasonal did a great job filling in.

Everything was great except the bathrooms were nasty. Either out of toilet paper or it was so plugged it was useless.

The extra fees are outrageous. That you have to pay so much extra for each person on top of the high camping rate. And there's no supervision in the pools or the wibit. And bingo was run horribly.
