Cabins were nice and clean. Had staffing issues and everything was closed when we went. I don't know why we were given wristbands since nothing was available.

The newer cabin we rented was great! The futon is not very comfortable to sit on but great for sleeping. The dishes and silverware are nice, however the pots and pans should be replaced. They were a challenge to use when preparing a meal. The over all park has a lot to do. The astroturf on the putt putt golf is in desperate need of replacing. The pool area is nice and easy to use, but the tables are in rough shape with pieces of plastic missing. The waterslide was nice and easy to enjoy. The Wibit on the lake is a nice attraction, but parts of it need more air. Prices at the shops are very high and would attract more use if they were lower. Overall it was a nice experience.

Guest was polite and friendly. The staff made me feel like blacks were uninvitedand uncomfortable.

Friday when we arrived, pool, splash pad and water slide area was unavailable and they weren’t certain if it would be the next day. The large bathrooms with laundry at the back of the park was also shut down. The bathrooms near the water park were filthy with trash overflowing. More staff and more free activities (like crafts) are needed for kids. Never got to see Yogi, he was always “sleeping.”

Everytime I visit this location they always close the water park. I pay all this money to stay there for the water park.

Very disappointed. As soon as we checked in, we were told that someone was and one of our campsites that didn’t want to move. So we were not able to camp next to our party we booked with. The bathrooms closest to us were not function-able. Out of the 4+ bathroom stalls only 1 was working, the rest were out of order. There were two jumping pillows, but one was broke and out of order. The pool was supposed to be heated and for two days the heater was broken and the water was freezing. 1 of the days during our visit, it had rained in the morning but the rain stopped around 3 PM with temperatures around 63°. Per staff, they were not gonna open any of the water activities such as the pool or the splash pad. Their reasoning is because they don’t open the pools if it’s going to be under 60°, which did not make sense since it was 63 and sunny, very disappointed. We did a morning hay tractor ride that was supposed to be with a character however we were told that Yogi slept in and wasn’t able to be present during the ride. Overall, the bathrooms and facilities were dirty. Staff were scarce and seemed very burned out, they were not very helpful. Overall, just seemed like the camping grounds was ran by a couple kids. Won’t go back.

Park very nice. Lots were large and clean. Common areas clean. Only.negatives were pool was not heated as advertised and their was geese feces all over the beach area and you had to pay an unreasonable amount of money for the wibet.

We love to visit here. So many things to do, however for the price you pay to stay there, you’d expect to have working bathrooms and clean showers. A lot of the bathrooms were having plumbing issues. Madison in the front office was AMAZING and very accommodating to us and took very good care of our family from the moment we checked in! She deserves recognition!! Also Robert the guy who we got the golf cart from was very nice.

My children loved it and had tons of fun but to be honest it seemed like this park was short staff or just had its own challenges because the pools where pretty dirty and the goose poop on the beach and on the obstacle course was not as it should be. Even the women’s bathrooms needed help
