Water was freezing but I figured since it just opened. But the bathrooms on the far end were out of order so only 1 stall you could use and only 2 showers. And it seems that they were only clogged. Easy fix but wasn’t during the 2 days of my stay

The pool heater is broken, the splash pad was filled with beer bottles.On Sunday, there was absolutely no amenities. Nothing was open nor there were anything for the kids to do.

It was absolutely horrible, my family along with another group planned to camp together. We called ahead of time to ensure our campsite for next to each other..Upon arrival there was somebody already camping at our site?There was only one usable toilet out of four in the restrooms.The restroom was extremely dirty.The pool heater was broken, also the pool had a lot of debrisThe splash pad had a lot of beer bottles and smelt of marijuana

Multiple bathrooms are out of order, toilets and showers are gross. The showers are like warm at best. They advertise a heated pool the temp was 68 degrees by the thermometer they had floating in it. The pool is gross garbage floating in it and was not cleaned prior to opening this year the ground is gross. There are few attendants anywhere to help and the manager is inconsiderate and rude. My family and I will not be returning.

We had such a blast! Clean cabin and park. There were so many things for kids today and a welcoming face at every turn! We will definitely be back.

The pool and splash pad was so dirty. You can tell there is no cleaning. Just scrubbing the tile of the pool to get rid of dirt and grime . The sand on the beach was rock hard like its never been racked. For the price of our stay id hope for those little details. The kids had a blast and was busy with all the activities but as an adult you notice those little details for the price id hope it was cleaner and better taken care of.

Beautiful cabin. Suggestions since it holds up to 8 people. Might want to put a mirror in the main room. The only mirror is in the bathroom. Done for just 3 of us. Also, maybe a pair of scissors and can opener in the kitchen utensil drawer.

Initial check in was not the best experience. Kellie was rude and short when we asked to move by family or family move by us however we had two cabins opened next to us.Our cabin door did not lock and tv never worked but we were told the cabins were sold out so we did not request to move bc of the issues. The pool was also not heated.The kids did love the wibit
