Great park nice pool and splash pad area. Unfortunately the pool was dirty I did get the skimmer and skimmed the whole time I was in it. It helped with the numbness in my legs from being so cold. 😂 suggestion to have more trash cans, a bathroom added to the pool area. The bathroom in the cafe had one stall closed for service only 1 stall available. I think if a bathroom was more readily available you may have less issues with maintaining the pool quality. I didn’t see many people walking out of area to use a restroom. The park was so nice other than the couple things.

When we arrived someone was in our spot, so we had to await being moved. The pool was freezing and very dirty. The pricing of the stay and of the obstacle course is very high.

All of the kid activities that were scheduled were very unorganized. And the prices for the paid activities were pretty outrageous in my opinion. I went to 2 other jelly stones in Michigan in the last year and the price for tie dye shirts was $12 to $15. Your price was $20... we gave your Park another try this year because there was a 50% off promotion for this weekend and we were excited to go on the new slides that you have but they were closed every time the kids tried to go on them. The guy running the slide said it was because of a wind advisory. We went to Michigan adventures and other places around here and we've never seen the slides close because of wind. Not the best experience back at your facilities. Will probably not return. There were several other issues that we saw as far as maintenance of the park and things like that but I'm not going to go into all of that. It's not worth my time

The experience was good. The park has great potential to be our favorite but you have to focus on cleaning the beach, the pool, splash pad and waterpark. The beach was disgusting, covered in goose poop, the pool, splash pad and waterparks water was all dirty, leaves and debris everywhere. Not once in my weekend stay did I see someone cleaning it, actually one of the guests grabbed the skimmer and started skimming the pool. That’s insane to me.

You have a beautiful facility at Forester, but wasn't impressed with the water areas! The pool appeared very dirty and looked as if it was never cleaned. Guests were using the swimmers to clean things that were floating. Also the bottom of the pool had slime on it.

Overall our trip to Jellystone was nice. The cabin and bathhouse were clean. The splash pad and pool could have been cleaner, but the kids enjoyed it. The people working ranger station were not super friendly were not super friendly at check-in. Also the golf cart reservation was confusing and unclear for friends we had with us.

The water is FREEZING cold! The kids were blue it was so cold. Office staff is rude. No one answers the phone. I sent an email, no response. I left a msg for the manager, no call back. I left a Facebook msg, no response back. You have a terrible reputation online and I can understand why. We only came back because it was half off. We won’t be back. Duck creek is 100 times better.

It was beautiful but a couple things were a little disappointing. Including not being able to get a golf cart, being so far away from the rest of my family because they got their cabin switched for some reason, how long the food took, how cold the water was in the pool when it’s supposed to be heated and just small things like that.
