Pool was dirty had guest cleaning the garbage out of pool , cabin was dirty walked into spider webs when I walked in and beds were horrible uncomfortable was told as front desk to all off this sorry were busy

Kids live the splash pads & slides

It was a very easy check-in. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The campground was very clean and nice to look at.

We loved everything about our little trip. The only think I would suggest is to have more staff on. The kids working were overwhelmed and had a hard time negotiating thinks

The only issue that we had were the number of golf carts going up and down the roads after dark with bright headlights on. Most of them were still going back-and-forth well after 11 PM.

Site was great, pools and splash pads for the kids were also great. Not a fan of having to pay extra for the wibit, also not enough lifeguards at wibit or pool/splash pads. Also WiFi was terrible.

Tranquil clean and a fun time

Overall, we had a good time with friends and family. However,we were disappointed that on the one warm day, Friday, the pool, splash pad, and water slides were not open even though it stated on the website they were. Miniature golf course needs a lot of work. On positive side, staff were very kind and friendly. The bathrooms, cabins and common areas were very clean and well kept. I would return when all water features are open.

I loved our time. This was our first experience with jellystone Parks and we had a good time. The website was a little difficult to manage so I didn’t realize the different cabin choices we had and once there, it wasn’t clear what was included or not with our stay. I wish during check in things like the WibIt were explained a little better.My children loved panning for gold, that was fun and new. We played putt putt too, and I was surprised at the state of the course. It must have been beautiful once but hasn’t been maintained. However three other families played while we were there so it is getting used. I hope broken pipes and missing green carpeting will be repaired soon.The staff was very nice. We got waffles one morning because there were signs everywhere about them but no location listed. Once we found the location within the gift shop I felt bad that the employee seemed pulled away from other work to make the waffles, but they were amazing. The park was surprisingly empty so I think they were a little short staffed. We loved the selection of gifts at the gift shop!My kids and I spent a little time fishing. We didn’t see any bait for sale but luckily we brought fake bait. We didn’t catch anything but saw a lot of fish and turtles..Overall it was a great time and we will be back. Now that we’ve been there we know what to expect and we will be better prepared.for the trip.

It was wonderful! The staff were all so kind. We will absolutely be back!
