It was wonderful! The staff were all so kind. We will absolutely be back!

The events were unorganized & the workers were often confused on responsibilities. Events started late, bears did not show up. We never got to see Yogi Bear once, workers said he was “sick”. The pool and splash pad were closed one day.

Good besides the parking at the cabins. Someone parked right in front of my cabin with both spots taken.

We are frequent campers there and was less than pleased this last trip. When we arrived we were failed to be told that the water activities were all closed down and couldn’t give us a time or day they would be back up and running. Was told the next day that witbit was free Friday but I was charged over $80 Saturday to do the witbit. Compensation would be greatly appreciated!

To start, the park was clean which we appreciated. We didn’t love that the park isn’t paved like other Jellystones that we have visited, the gravel caused our littles to fall everytime they tried to ride their bikes. Lastly, we were incredibly disappointed in the staff. With the exception of one person, everyone we encountered was new, untrained, low energy, unprofessional and mostly, unfriendly. At a family centered park, this was incredibly disappointing and makes us not wish to return.

Staff was friendly and nice, even joked with my husband and I. I would have liked a run down on the golf cart but I managed. Had a great time on their Putt-Putt center, even though it could use a little TLC. Staying opened until 10:30pm with lights coming on at 9:30pm would be neat. Park was clean, the park managed set backs well with offering free Tie-Dyed shirts and water obstacle for their water amenities being shut down.

Having the pools and water park closed down for the whole day was really upsetting! My kid was so disappointed and I was too. That's why I paid all this money to camp here. I feel like I could have gone to a state campground for hundreds of dollars cheaper! I also didn't like being asked about a wrist band for just being at the dog park. Honestly I probably won't come back. I have given this campground soooo many chances these last couple years and it's always something.

Very helpful staff. Comfort stations were in need of TLC, as only 1 of the 3 bathroom stalls in the women’s were in sanitary condition over the course of 3 days. Upon arrival, the trash was not removed from our cabin from the previous visitors, which was gross. The TV was broken and the WiFi didn’t work properly anywhere on the property which made communication difficult (cell service also non-existent) for us when trying to meetup with friends at RV site. I think $124/night for the rustic cabin was a little high considering the rundown conditions.

Most everything was great. There was a lot to do. The kids loved the water slides and the wibit. Our site on the channel was beautiful. We loved having full hook up. The only feedback I’d like to give is that the store manager, Jessica, on Sunday, June 7 was not very nice or accommodating. Our kids wanted to play putt putt before we checked out and left. We went inside to get balls only to find out it was $1 per ball to check them out. I didn’t have cash so I offered to leave my drivers license, which is honestly more valuable than $1 per ball. Jessica told me it had to be cash. My friend had a $50 so we brought that in and she rudely said that she couldn’t break a $50 bill. She gave us no other options. We would have left the $50 bill for all we cared. We found a $10 bill finally and had to go in a third time to get balls. Next time I will just bring my own balls for that hassle. For how much we paid to stay here and for being adults just trying to play putt putt we would have appreciated a little better customer service experience. I’ve worked in customer service before and understand the implications of bending the rules for one person, but this seems like a silly policy to hold firm to and was not a great ending to our stay.

We had a guest staying next to us that was talking about doing bad things to little girls, it took forever to have the park remove him. I was then told by the park members to keep an eye on him MYSELF while he packs his things up. The park did not call the police, I had to. I then had to follow him out of the park MYSELF and wait for the police to come. The park wasn’t even worried about it. The pools were filthy, not one activity was on time. Pretty rotten place.
