On the day we arrived we were told that everything would be closed down for most if not all of the weekend. We were very frustrated as we came with 20 families (bringing roughly 100 guests) and knowing all amenities were closed down was deflating. We did receive. I feel like Jellystone went above and beyond to make it right by offering tie dye shirt making free as well as the inflatable obstacle course. By the second day, everything was back open and all was good. Our group had the best time!

We had a great stay! The water attractions were enough to entertain the kids the whole trip, so the extra attractions were an added bonus. We were a little bummed that the Wibit cost extra, but it was still fun. The workers were pretty laid back and helpful. The only downsides were the spotty cell service and the organized activities. Those were usually either not as described or canceled. But luckily there was enough other things to do that the kids weren't too disappointed. The kids are already asking to go back!

It was a bummer that the pool was shut down, but the without being free all day plus the refund made it worth it! Thank you!Also- we are so incredibly sorry for your loss. ❤️

Most things were closed, but staff readily refunded the activity fees for us. I enjoyed that it was quieter when we visited, but I did find it strange that they didn’t notify on social media that that so much was closed. Even the activities (crafts, hayrides, etc) that they aggressively advertised weren’t actually ready o go, which I thought was weird. It just would be good to have had a heads up about things.

Long wait for registration even though we registered online. We were charged for amenities that were not available pools were closed. We were told the wi bit obstacle course on the lake would be free at registration. My son attempted to try it and was first told he would need to pay $20 then when he said we were told it was free due to the closed pools, staff agreed to call and check, he was then told after they called that it was closed. Putt putt was the only amenity we used and it was terribly damaged and run down.

Dirty and everything was closed. Was told they were short staff. Park was the only thing we could do and would of rather stayed home going to a park instead of going to a dirty one with trash and clothing everywhere.

Everything was closed. We learned after the fact why. Everyone with reservations should have been notified before driving all the way there and not being able to enjoy what was paid for. I don’t agree with how everything was handled and feel extremely bad for the employees that had to handle all the disgruntled guests.

We visited the 1st weekend in June and non of the water slides, pool or splashpad were open even though the weather was good. Very disappointing for our trip.

Big disappointment. Nothing was opened and we weren’t warned before coming that all attractions would be closed. Spent hundreds of dollars for my kids to only be able to play at the playground, which was filthy with trash, broken utensils and piles of dirty clothes laying around everywhere. I could have saved the money and just stayed home if I wanted my kids to only be able to use the playground. Office staff blamed it on being short staffed that not even the splash pad could be opened. However, there was plenty of staff riding around on golf carts checking trash every 10-15 mins, weed whacking the beach and sitting around in the office chit chatting. There was always at least 5-6 staff members in the gift shop just hanging out. The website also advertised a reptile petting zoo for Saturday but staff had no idea about it and that never happened either.

We believe this campground has a lot of potential. We really loved the cabin we stayed in and the pond views. Things felt well maintained for the most part. I liked the variety of activities overall. However, we felt very mislead by the fact that no water activities were available all weekend despite having advertised a heated pool that was open after Memorial Day. Most of the staff also seemed clueless and completely uninterested in helping us when we had questions or issues.
