This was probably one of the most frustrating and disappointing trips I’ve taken. To start, we check in go to the cabin and there are cobwebs all over as well as our lock on our screen door was just gone. The remote for the air conditioner had no batteries which I called down to get new ones and eventually got them the next day in the afternoon. The prices that are charged for the cabins is astronomical to not even have cobwebs dusted. We didn’t say anything got our swim stuff on and went to the pool. Only to find out, on the beautiful 80 degree day, it was closed. I went there for the waterpark. It was closed due to a chemical imbalance. We were celebrating our son’s 5th birthday and that was the reason we booked it. No one mentioned it when we checked in so we just had to find out ourselves. They offered us the witbit for free so we took advantage of that however we were also not informed if the temps dropped below 65 degrees it would also be closed. So the next day, it was 56. My boys love the water and would have been in it anyways. It was also closed on Sunday when we left it was 71 degrees. In addition, Saturday the bounce thing was closed until 11 due to needing a patch. I understand things happen and weather is unpredictable. However, the pool and waterpark being closed is unacceptable. We should have been offered something for compensation for this inconvenience. My brother in law was offered 25% off in the gift shop. To purchase more items. I would like to be refunded our stay. I feel it was way over priced for having nothing open and the cabin was not up to standards. We talked about coming back each year as a family. I never want to visit another yogi bear again.

The kids were really disappointed that the water slides and heated pool splash pad were closed there wasn’t much for them to do and had watched the videos online for months excited about that. We didn’t receive a notice or any indication of inclement weather, weather it was sunny and warm two of the three days.We were also concerned about several safety hazards inside the cabins cords for blinds and wires for remotes that were choking hazards, and no fencing around the water areas. Yogi bear didn’t come out all weekend either staff said he was sick?

Everything was very expensive. We paid over $200 to go for the weekend and when we went, everything was closed the pool the splash pad very disappointed now I know why we were literally the only ones in the section we were at very unhappy.A s’more kit $25 we went out and bought our own and whole bunch of other stuff at the Dollar General and our total was $21. Definitely do not recommend coming back there.

The campground wasn't prepared for campers. Grass wasn't cut, restrooms were closed, out-of-order. Final explanation of charges showed "seniors" implying absolutely nothing, additional "activity" fees should be paid only by participants and all fees should be revealed at time of making reservation. Site#282 electrical service cover was face-down on the ground. My family member helpfully picked it up to show me our site location. This was our first and only stay at your campground.

My family and I stayed here for 5 days. The campsite was nicely maintained and the lake view was beautiful and relaxing. I love the full hook up. The staff is amazing. Every person we met, from check-in to the owners, was so nice and went the extra mile for us. We will definitely be back!

Your Memorial weekend charge was for 16-65 years old. My wife and I are 69 and 73. Was never asked our age. You just took the money and are waiting for me to ask for it back. You are crooks and I’ll never be back. I was with 10 family members for 5 campsites and a cabin most were all older than 65. I hope your business dries up and you go broke. Worst customer service ever to take money and wait for us to ask to get it back. I’d be curious to see if that is criminal, maybe you can get shutdown for criminal practices

We had an issue with electricity box and pets and grandkids got shocked, we were treated very nicely and the staff was very concerned, shut electric off immediately, moved us to different sites of our choice and even refunded the entire weekend! Which we thought was above and beyond courtesy!!! We camp here often and absolutely love it here! Top of the line! Thank you again!

This was by far the worst camping trip! It was Memorial weekend and everything was still shut down except the bounce pillow, even bathrooms. The putt-putt golf course showed it hasn’t been maintained in years with missing greens, over growth and no water where there was a water feature. We are a family of 6 and they made me purchase another site since our older kids wanted to stay in a small 2 person tent. While, many of other campers had large screen tents on their site along with their large campers.

We had an enjoyable time considering the rain. Unfortunately - internet access was not available even though there were access points throughout the park - if it even showed up it was useless and the majority of the time it didn't even appear as an option. Luckily we brought our own - but if we hadn't, it would have been a rough day in the camper with an entire day of rain with 2 teenagers board games can only go so far with down time. They maintain the park well - no dumpsters for you to take your own garbage to but they did pick-up regularly. There were alot of fun activities for the kids - some you have to pay for and the majority was reasonable, you just have to watch for the extra fees (ie stuffing with the stuff a plush) is an add on. We rented a golf cart - which if you are tall is not comfortable to drive and there is no windshield - so even going on a ride in the sprinkle you will get soaked.Overall we had a good experience, we feel the daily rate is a little high especially if you are camping with just teens/adults as a good amount of the kids activities are for younger ones.
