We have been coming here since before this park became a Jellystone. When it did, it was great. Staff were super friendly, facilities were nice... Several years later, it's like they gave up on maintenance. Our site was littered with trash, old dog poop, the golf cart we rented was covered in mud, old ice cream, wrappers and parts of a cone. The brakes barley worked and the radio did not work, nor did 3 of the seatbelts. When we spoke the the staff, they acted like they didn't care and brought us a different one. However that one was just as bad, seats were all torn up, mirrors were broken, radio also didn't work, seat belts did not work, covered in con webs and front suspension was blown out like a fat kids sock. For the money you pay for a days use, at least wash the thing for the guests...The water park was nice but several of the things in it did not work for the kids. The pool was littered with sand in the bottom. The tables and chairs are chipped or broken and showing their age.The mini golf course? Well, all the turf was worn out and ripped, half the putters were either broken or the sealant holding the wrap on the handle was coming off making them sticky, there were an obnoxious amount of weeds growing in the rocks, none of the water features in the course worked and the stagnant water smelt like sewage.Honestly, like a few new chairs, washing the carts, and spraying some $20 weed killer on the course would make the experience better. But it's like they just stopped caring. For how much you pay for a night there, it would be nice.

We had a great time at Jellystone Park in Carsonville! The park was clean, well-maintained, and full of activities for the whole family. The staff was friendly and helpful, and there was always something fun to do, from the water attractions to the organized events. The kids especially loved seeing Yogi Bear and participating in the daily activities. Overall, it was a fun, relaxing getaway, and we made a lot of great family memories. We look forward to coming back again!

I don’t get why every jellystone I’ve been to there put put golf areas are so run down it would be a nice little put put if it wasn’t a mosquito breeding swamp and the greens are tore up other than that the pool areas are great here and it’s over all a nice place .

It was great! Kids had a lot of fun. My only complaint is the bed pad for the queen bed was soooo flat - it was like sleeping on straight wood.

We had a great time. We did think a few things could have been better. The jump pad was broke, the gold course could use some TLC, and the main pool was missing a basketball hoop that was advertised. Additionally it would be helpful to advertise the fact that the wibits has an additional cost. I did not see that upon looking at the activities to do. I think that needs to be more visible.

There was one specific girl at the ranger station that was not kind, very young, blonde curly/wavy hair. She made check in a hassle for us. I called about early check in the day before and was told that it wouldn't be a problem as we were only 1.5 hours early. We paid the $25 early check in fee and were denied access to our cabin early, the girl took our money and didn't give us the cabin key or check us in, we also had our friend speak to her over the phone to move her cabin closer to our cabin (she said she did, but she did not because when my friend checked in she was still put in the further away cabin and had to go back to the ranger station to switch after she had checked in.) When we went back she was no longer there, and there was a gentleman with phenomenal customer service. He got us our cabin key and apologized for his colleague. We had to deal with that girl another time before we left and she was nasty and unhelpful again. We were also disappointed that the waterpark slides weren't open more, even though the weather was beautiful and there were multiple lifeguards. (Seemed as though the lifeguards were too busy hanging out with their group of friends to open the slides because there were other days when there were 2 lifeguards and they had one on the slides amd one watching the park.) This time around they were also out of pizza for several days, and had removed the basketball hoops and volleyball net from the pool. I hope someone will assess those concerns and follow up, as well were not the only ones that noticed these things. Aside from those few minor inconveniences, our annual trip was awesome! Our kids always have a blast here. This year our party had 3 cabins with 6 adults and 10 kids. Our next visit we will definitely be upgrading to the nicer cabins for the convenience. Every other worker we interacted with was friendly and helpful. Overall this trip was a huge success, we all had a blast and enjoyed the park, and we can't wait to go back! Thank you all for another great stay!

The cabins need to be monitored better. Seems a few of the groups that were there did not know or understand camping etiquette when it comes to noise level, profanity, monitoring children and respecting other campers/campsites.

Our first stay, we will definitely return. We stayed in a cabin, there was a focus on cleanliness and I truly appreciate that!!We stayed in an ADA cabin that was accommodating. However we have 2 in power wheelchairs and they each got stuck a couple times in different areas of the campground. It won’t keep us from coming back.

We found it to be very enjoyable and relaxing. Our site gave us a lovely view of a cornfield with a bright blue ski. We did not feel crammed in like you do as other campgrounds. Everything was nice and clean. The swimming pools, splash pool and water slides gave children a great playground. I would definitely recommend. We were there mid week so it was not crowded. This is one of the nicest campgrounds we’ve been to.
