It was way too hot but didn't go in to any water, it was too crowded.

We never got to see Yogi and had to ask multiple times just to see boo-boo. The only time the bear was actually there was at wake the bear.

Clean, lots of fun for kids, only negative would be staffing issues with things being closed

Fabulous experience-staff was wonderful, all very clean. Grandkids loved every minute. We already booked for next year 💕

So much fun and so much to do for the entire family.

Overall it was a pretty good experience. Other than we had a group of tent campers that were together and they were four camp sites down from one another and they kept walking through our and our neighbors campsite. Both us and pur neighbors were upset about it.If I was you guys, I would separate the tent sites from the rv sites, so this won't happen. The tent campers don't seem like they don't respect the rv site campers.

We had a nice time. The kids really enjoyed themselves. The park is clean and I really liked the facilities. That said, I do think you are understaffed. I witnessed teenagers failing to police drunk adults and I would never want my kid to have to work at a place like that. I think there should be more staff. No supervision on the Wibit or in the pond. And after hearing about the poor child who drowned in May it does make me think twice about whether or not I want to come back. The young kids that work there did a great job and were quick acting when I reported an issue at the waterpark. Also, some of the "in charge" adult employees could take a lesson from the teens working there. Said adult employee in the rec center completely ignored many people trying to get help. Straight up looked them in the face and then walked into her office and shut the door. Poor people just stood there confused for about 20 minutes before someone helped them. Another thing is your hours are weird. In my experience most campers are early risers and nothing is opened for the first half of the day. When we would show up for activities nothing was happening and no staff present. Closing the pools mid day at the hottest part of the day also strange.

Not the best experience. Cabin air didn’t necessarily work the best. And camp ground activities and facilities were very lack luster and not very kept up well. Splash pad had lots of paint chips.

Check in was at 4, which got there at 330. The cabin was empty but the lady at the counter said I had to wait till 4. If it was clean and ready whats the big deal. The main air conditioner was broke and they had a little window unit which if some was staying in the loft wouldn't have worked because the little window unit couldnt keep up. When I said something about it they just said they would talk to the manager..

The experience was nice, but the older lady at the front desk was rude and bothered by us asking a question
