Something needs to happen about the showers and the water. Too hot to even take a shower. The hand dryer should be replaced also. It was broken last year too.

It was a good visit! Staff was friendly and the park was generally Clean! I was not impressed with the unit cleanliness upon arrival! Staff took care of the large amount of cobwebs on the railings. The unit did not seem as it was very clean! It was swept clean but the smell bothered the wife. This was our second visit and this visit we were under impressed

Kids had a amazing time! They enjoyed the Wibit, pool and "new" waterpark and slide area. The beginning of the week, the weather was awesome ... end of week, humid ... made me grateful for the deluxe cabin 😁There were 3 things I'd like to see the park do better at:1) the golf area was tore up (compared to our visits in the past),2) same for the bounce pillows, &3) the cabin was super dirty when we got there but the friendly staff made that up to us, pretty quickly and it was much appreciated.

It was good but pools were down and then we were told we could get into the beach obstacle free then told we weren’t allowed to my kids were bummed oot

Upon arrival check in was pretty easy, we were not met with any kind of excitement. The young lady didn’t show any kid of emotion towards our stay or say much at all. The gentleman who took us to our golf cart, mentioned it having a steering problem. After driving it to our cabin we realized it was just to unsafe, we asked for it to be switched. He was very kind about the situation. The young lady who had checked us in overheard me mention it being unsafe and she didn’t like that. She started complaining about us to another co worker.Our cabin was absolutely beautiful, I couldn’t believe it. It was so clean and so inviting. Everything about it was absolutely perfect.I was bummed to see one of the jumping pillows was deflated. Which looks trashy just laying there collecting water. But also would have liked for it to be functional because it was such a popular thing for all the kids to want to be on.We loved cruising around the golf cart and checking the grounds out, it really was very well maintained and everything looked very clean besides the jumping pillows.The splash pad and pool area, wow. Huge hit!! The pool was so warm which was a nice treat considering the weather wasn’t the warmest.The splash pad / water park / slide area ? Was extremely cold tho!!!!On our full day, we did experience some chaos with the pool. It abruptly closed. Forcing everyone who wanted to be in the water to the beach area. There really wasn’t an explanation which caused frustration. Then it opened back up, but not really so then they kicked everyone out again. Some people were saying it was because of a chemical imbalance. Which was frustrating because we were all on a beach swimming with crazy amounts of geese poop along the water line. Which definitely wasn’t more clean than that pool.Eventually it opened back up. We made the most of the beach experience and tried the wibit course out. Which oddly enough my not even three year old was obsessed with. Gotta love those second borns!Food was always amazing, expensive but so good!!Upon checkout we had the same young girl as we did on check in and she was just so unfriendly. I handed her the keys and she had nothing to say other than last name ? She didn’t ask how our stay was, she didn’t say thanks for staying with us, hope you come back. Nothing.Overall we really did enjoy our stay and will definitely be back.

Advertised and paid for cable, non existent. No wifi. Sites were nice. Quiet¡ a little expensive.

Paid $80 to go on the Wibit with my family. Every patron was on for free because of poop in the pool. When we asked for a refund we were told “no, there’s nothing keeping you from going on it”. How unfair that we were the only people that had to pay.

Staff a bit absent at times. Wibit pricey. Any public bathroom was messed not well kept
