We took our granddaughters. Had a wonderful time! Best Yogi Bear park in Michigan.

It is a beautiful campground with very nice cabins and sites. But there were so many negatives, it was hard to enjoy the place.Broken mini blinds and bowls in our cabin, trash in our firepit area, unbelievably expensive Wibit water obstacle course and boat rentals with no day passes, the pool needs cleaned out, the young employees were nice but knew nothing about the campground and could not answer our questions. We paid a high price for the 6 person cabin and then they added $9 per person, per night, on top of the cabin rental. So basically, if you are planning on a fun inexpensive camping trip, this is not the place. Make sure you plan for all the extra costs if you want to stay here. The Wibit was mostly empty and we saw no other boat renters either. Definitely mismanaged and pricing not thought through.

Our 3rd year coming to the Port Huron location. The overall stay was fun as usual. But there were a couple things that were not up to the previous years standards.1. The pool seemed to be much dirtier this year. Several other patrons complained about the cloudiness and floating leaves. And the basketball hoops we few disabled as well as the log roll being removed.2. The cost of a small bundle of wood was $10 and they didn't offer delivery to the camp site as in years past.3. DC06 is not a "fully stocked" kitchen as advertised. There were few pans or bowls that were of use for indoor cooking. There was half of a sponge to clean dishes or counters.Overall things are great in the cabin was just disappointed in DC06. I will stick to DC01

Staff was friendly however they were unable to accommodate parts of the Ultimate Pass for the kids. Laser Tag was not available, Gem Mining was also unavailable due to repairs. Many staff were not aware how passes were to be used. Our Cabin was efficient for the four of us, however it wasn’t properly cleaned before arrival. There was a used water diaper in between the bed and wall, also a sheet still on the mattress. We cleaned up the room and continued to enjoy our stay.

Having to pay for extra activities is a little un heard of. The fact that we paid for the tie dye shirts and the girl didnt even saturate the shirts so there's a little patch of color and the rest of them are just plain white is disappointing. I understand it's busy but you need to staff for things like this especially on a holiday weekend. None of the activities were set up on time, and they were not coordinated well. There was no structure. The pool area was very dirty, no one picked up the trash that was left behind. The cafe was very short staffed. Also there were no golf carts available and we were never offered to reserve one at check out on line. We actually checked out a day early because we were disappointed. How ever the 4 th of July fore works were awesome! We've stayed at Jellystone in Ohio and had a much better experience.

Was great for most part except the respect for quiet hours by a few camp sites that even the cops had to be called. They are there every year and it’s the same every year. Even used space for their games that wasn’t even part of their sites

This campground has a lot of potential, but it needs some serious improvements. There are plenty of activities for kids, and the cabins are great. The pool, slides, and splash pad are wonderful, but the main pool was filthy. One of the jumping pillows has been deflated since last year, so either fix it or remove it. The mini-golf course is in terrible shape, and the bathrooms were filthy as well. We were there on a holiday weekend, so we understand how busy things can get, but the campground overall needs to step up its game. There’s also a lack of staff.
