This was my first stay at Jellystone. The cozy cabin was clean and a good fit for our needs. The cable was not in working condition during our stay. After speaking with a park attendant they stated there was nothing they could do. Overall I would return next year.

My stay was great but I had relatives visit for a few hours(elderly senior parents) for my daughter’s birthday and they were charged $90 to visit. THAT IS INSANE!!!! Never again will we celebrate a birthday with jelly stone!

Pretty fun park. Lots to do

Everyone was so nice and friendly very clean our kids had a blast and we had no worries about them riding there bikes around or going to play with out us right by there side our kids say there favorite party of camping here is swimming and meeting new people

Staff lovely park cleanliness lovely activities lovely cozy cabins nice besides the beds are horrible it’s like sleeping in a sleeping bag on the ground.

Our cabin was not cleaned well: confetti all over the screened in patio which was tracked into the cabin, crumbs and candy in the loft, frosting and food all over utensils. I mentioned this at check out. The staff member didn't seem interested, didn't apologize and just said that photos are usually taken after a clean....but no photos were showing.Our interaction at the Rec Center were less than impressive. One staff member kept bleating like a goat when laughing and sharing she didn't know how to book charges to our site. Other staff members interrupted our interaction to talk about pranking someone.

Cabin could have been cleaned better. Lots of dirt/bug piles in the corners of the floor. Many cob webs. Toilet seat was very loose and bottom of toilet was dirty. The cabin had very bad smell as if someone smoked weed prior to us. Missing drinking cups and some silverware items. I mentioned all this to the front desk and they were going to stop over and check things out and they never did. Very disappointing.

Great campground. Just a few troubles when it came to the pool and water slides not functioning properly.

There should be more showers nearby. Completely understand the prices but some of the activities should either be free or at least half the price. Heated pools would be nice also

We had an overall good experience however, I was a bit bummed with the activities. The same activities were offered each day and there was minimal variety throughout the week. When we did attend some of the activities the one girl sat and talked with her friend the whole time and didn't interact with the kids. When I took them to the graying park last year, the girls there were amazing and very much interacting with the kids.
