The staff was very disorganized and couldn’t answers questions regarding everything. Some staff members were friendly though. The facilities were in need of cleaning. Bathroom in the main activity area was musty/moldy.

Nice activities, bounce pillow unregulated and one was completely not operational. Expensive add-ons vs including more things like other private campgrounds.

This is our second year coming here, and we were really disappointed in the cleaning of the cabins and the maintenance Was not very good. The fans in the bathrooms did not work or they were completely missing and the Internet did not work in. In boo-boo One. And the pot pot range definitely needs maintenance. Thank you. I’m sorry to be rough on you, but this is how we feel.

Site was good, employees had a hard time charging the wibit and food to our campsite. They seemed very confused and had to get help multiple times.

Our family had a very nice visit. We really enjoyed the pool.

The chemical imbalance in the pool and water slide. They opened up the jump for free right after my son in law paid for my grandson. He went in to see if he could get a refund. They didn't know how to refund on a card. And could not give him cash, because it would cause the drawer to be off???

This was my first stay at Jellystone. The cozy cabin was clean and a good fit for our needs. The cable was not in working condition during our stay. After speaking with a park attendant they stated there was nothing they could do. Overall I would return next year.

My stay was great but I had relatives visit for a few hours(elderly senior parents) for my daughter’s birthday and they were charged $90 to visit. THAT IS INSANE!!!! Never again will we celebrate a birthday with jelly stone!

Everyone was so nice and friendly very clean our kids had a blast and we had no worries about them riding there bikes around or going to play with out us right by there side our kids say there favorite party of camping here is swimming and meeting new people
