My family had a really great time. We were on sites #319, 318 ,and 317. Only problem was the grandchildren could not see the fireworks from the campsite. If we had taken them out on the pier they could have. We will know for next year. 😂 The golf cart we had rented was in ruff shape. It had bald tires on the front and broken seat. I believe it was cart #19. It needs some TLC. We really enjoyed the park but missed the big jumping pillow.

Overall we had a good experience except for a few instances we had at the pool. On 7/3, it started thundering so we had to get out of the pool for 30 mins, which is understandable. We were advised we had to step outside the pool gate area and was told the time resets for each time it thunders, which is fine. But we were never told we could not go back in the pool area to grab our personal belongings in the instance the rain delay is longer than 30 mins. After 2+ hours of begging to get our personal belongings, being told we would be arrested if we jumped the pool gate, being told the employees could not get our stuff for us because legally they could not touch it. We were stuck with no options but we finally found someone that actually helped and they got our items for us. Issac the pool manager was NO help at all and had NO compassion. I even overheard another camper say they paid one of the employees $20 to grab their stuff from the pool area, which that is ridiculous. People had keys left, cash, etc. and nobody was helping. It needs to be said when people have to get out of the pool they MUST take all their stuff or they will not be allowed to get it until the pool reopens. On 7/4, it thundered again but this time we took all over stuff with us because we knew what would happen, but again tons of people left their items thinking it would only be 30 mins but again NOBODY told them they would not be able to get it if the thunder kept going. Awareness is key and in this situation you had a lot of upset campers. Please review this policy and teach your pool manager that sometimes situations change and he needs to be more customer friendly and helping people get their belongings because again nobody even knew they would not be able to get it if the thunder kept going for hours.

Everything was great except the roads. Were damaged our camper trying to back into our original spot because of the deep gully’s. We finally had to go to the office for a different site.

Everything was great, but the bath houses could have been cleaner and the gravel to get to your campsites was unacceptable washed out everywhere

Everything was wonderful. We went the weekend of the 4th of July. Best firework show we have seen in a long time! We will definitely be back

We had the best time! July 4 at Jellystone Park in Pelahatchie will be our new family tradition from now on! Everything was so nice! Out grandkids did not want to leave! The staff was great and the fireworks were amazing! Thank you for help making great memories! Can’t wait to come camp again soon!

The Boo Boo Cabin we could not use the TV because the workers there gave us a fire stick for a Roku TV then we called and had to call three different times and they finally brought down a remote for a Roku TV and it still wouldn’t work and they didn’t bother to do anything about it because he said that there was nothing that he knew else to do then there was a leak in the cabin at the end of the bed where the air-conditioning was and the bed was sinking into the floor and then in your bathroom, you had electrical tape holding up the tile one ring on the shower curtain and we got stuck in the handicap. Bathroom couldn’t get out and then later that day there were three little girls they were crying in there screaming for help because they were locked in and we happen to be walking by and was able to get them out and they were in panic mode. . Mikayla got in the bathroom with the baby because she said I want I want you to help me get a shower with the baby so I can get him showered, cause I didn’t have anything else for shower you know so so we did and when we went to leave, we couldn’t get it unlocked or you know and finally we finally got it but later it might’ve even been the next day. We was walking by and we heard these little girls crying Help and Mikayla was able to calm down and listen turn it and I’ll tell you if it’s unlocking OK it’s still a lot turn it the other way and then you could tell they were panicking and finally she said OK right there. OK now let’s pull the door real hard and they were one of them was like you could tell she was already lost it and so like it’s OK it’s OK and you could barely hear him and we had to be right there on that door to hear him cause you couldn’t hear him. I didn’t go back in that one and I checked the door before I went in the next one make sure I want to go get stuff. I love that you got those at Walmart. I don’t like these. I like the way these shorts feel a lot, but I wish they were longer, but I have some of those that are longer like that. Remind me to look before we leave about that at oil did you get?9

Our stay at your campground was not pleasant and we will not be returning1.the staff was rude and unhelpful several timeThis first being checkin2. we could not bring our golf cart and could not rent one because they were out (Called several time but no one answered phone prior to arrival )3 the roads are horrible and washed outOur camp site 325 was washed and many water spouts leaking and flooded our camp site it stayed wet the whole weekend4 they offer specials per activity sheet and ask in cafe and they say we have no clue they don’t tell us anything so you can pay regular price (we ask about burger special)5 pool closed for thunder but when ask staff about policy or when it will reopen was told when you see people in it. Later Saturday found out it for 30 mins everytime and timer restarts everytime it thunders or lightning6 was also told no day pass would be given for holiday weekend and that was untrue several people in pool Friday had passesPool was packed and overcrowded already for holiday weekendThey only have one pool for day passes and campers7. The offer all these activities most were unorganized and most all of them you must pay forKaraoke they had no internet so could not play songsWaterslide is for 1 hour the whole weekend for whole campgroundLake ride toys they only have one8 went to cafe Saturday and it took 20 mins to place order because the register would not work for them to take your order and they were very rude also had to ask for everything I ordered several times.These are just a few things
