Waited an hour after check-in with food and pet in cars because cabins weren’t ready nor could I get my cart, blinds destroyed in bedroom granting zero privacy to females, light switch malfunctioning in bathroom, all Jon boat motors weren’t working until the last day, water ballon station had caution tape around it, jump pillow was deflated and no one knew when they would fix it.

No one mentioned a car show would be directly across from our cabin. Causing lots of traffic and noise all day for almost the whole time we were there. Not the way we wanted to spend our trip to a quiet campground

Enjoyable visit overall. We arrived at check in time 4pm and our accomodations weren't ready until 5:30pm. This wasn't idea as we had small children and couldn't unload our luggage right away with what was needed. We were told that late checkouts by other guests in our cabins didn't allow enough time for cleaning before our 4pm check out. I wondered why late check out is available for guests if it inconveniences arriving guests. However, the manager was very kind and did her best to apologize. Our cabin had cracked floor tiles, a leaking wall when it rained that ran down an electrical outlet, cobwebs in shower and bedroom, moldy dish rack for drying dishes, and a missing drawer in the kitchen. I also needed to be able to work while on vacation and the park wifi wouldn't work. I was told that they tried to get it repaired in March but it wouldn't work. Although there were dated and poor conditions for staying and a bad check in experience, my family still had a good time. My children enjoyed the pool area and the activities provided. I do wish that the staff would have been more kind and welcoming. Other than the manager, the staff was young, inexperienced, and lacked a welcoming upbeat personality.

The pet gate would not shut close enough for my 20 lbs dogs to stay in. The electric poll needs work. It shorted out and burned out our inverter charger.

We had the BEST time at Jellystone! The waterpark and pool are wonderful. We loved having the cafe and food trucks close by. The funnel cake fries are amazing. We loved our visits with Yogi, Cindy and Boo Boo. All of the crafts that my grandchildren did in the Activity Center were great! We also enjoyed the Hey Hey Hey ride and the Wet ride!! So much fun!! My sons and their families had fun on the lake with the boat and tricycle. We enjoyed our side by side cabins on the lake and being able to visit with each other and grill. We loved beginning the day with the pledge of allegiance. So important!! Oh and the little midnight sale at the gift shop, I almost forgot about that. We loaded up on some glow items and souvenirs for the kids. And we loved the golf carts. I just can't say enough about this park and I'm sure I left out some things. Thank you for having us and we can't wait to come back again!!

My family and I enjoyed the park. The only thing I would say I did not like was the check in times. We only have 1 whole day to enjoy the water park and didn’t have much time to explore the rest of the camp. I feel the check and out should match and not be 3 in the afternoon. Other than that we loved it.

We had a great time. The shower head about drowned us. It was like fighting for your life trying to shower and not die because the shower head couldn't be adjusted. Aside from that I have gotten about a half a dozen emails about a survey/review. So I gave in and did it just to make the emails stop.

Before we even got here, I called to ask a question and was met with a pretty rude person who acted like I was wasting her time by calling. When I arrived, there wasn’t any sort of welcome or greeting, which again was uncomfortable. Our cabin was okay at best, but there was black mold above the shower and the toilet moved and felt like it was going to break. The pool water was murky and the bathrooms at the pool area were disgusting every time we went in there. I guess the drink machine was broken in the cafe, so our drinks were from 2 liter bottles, which was fine except they were all flat... idk.. to have spent almost $600 for me and my 4 year old daughter, I was just expecting decent customer service and nicer accommodations and amenities. We also never saw Yogi or anything which I guess I thought they would be more present. I don’t think we will be back just because I don’t feel like it’s worth the cost at all. Hopefully you can invest in some customer service training and spend some of the money you’re receiving to improve the experience.
