my grandbabies love JellyStone and never want to go anyplace else…. I reluctantly agree to go back year after year hoping to see improvement… our stay is very costly and we would love to see more for our money. We paid for cabin ion the water… you could not get to water because it was so grown up and the close pier was not what I would call safe. I would not l let the little ones step foot on it… much to their disappointment. My key wouldn’t work so maintenance came and realized I was given the wrong key, then he was stung by a red wasp and we found it’s nest under the porch railing where we had all just been hanging on to as we were unloading. Then I got stung while on the hey hey hey ride. Wasp were everywhere. Another camper said her little boy was stung. The park has so much potential…. it will take just some updates and training on customer service…. some workers were great…. some definitely missed the training.

Great campground. Clean cabins. Water park and pool were clean, well maintained, and fun. Our grandkids loved it. The waterslide and water wagon rides were huge hits with our little crew. And the large golf cart with lots of cup holders was fantastic for carting our grandkids around camp.

We love all the activities for the kids and especially the water slides. The only down fall is some things need some better upkeep. The bathrooms are cleaner this time than they were last time we were here.

The staff and amenities were very nice. The cabin was not. The loft a/c was being held together with duct tape, which came apart often sending hot air into the cabin. The lower level a/c had an error code and dripped. The oven did not work. We contacted the park about the oven and no one came to fix it. The mattresses were very hard and uncomfortable. There were no sheets and blankets provided for the futon. And there was only one towel per person provided per person for a 4 night stay.

We had a great trip. Grandkids had so much fun swimming, participating in daily activities, playing all the sports available (putt putt golf, pickle ball, frisbee golf, etc). They loved playing laser tag. My granddaughter said when she gets older and has kids she will bring them to Yogi Bear Park. We will definitely be back.

The staff is very helpful and friendly 10/10 service! We’ve visited several times. The park needs some upgrades on roads in camping area. The golf course needs major work. It’s in bad condition. The jumping pillow no longer has a cover and it’s not fully inflated. The day passes need to be limited for the people paying to stay. The pool was over crowded with older kids playing ball and being rowdy and obnoxious. Causing chaos and it being dangerous for smaller kids

The experience for the kids was great! The cabin was a disappointment. The base around the shower was dirty and front porch had a bunch of spider webs.
