the crafts, the water park in general was fun. Cabin R35 has mold on the blinds, months worth of dust and an insane amount of dead bugs in the loft. Shower also holds water and takes half an hour to drain. The young life guard suppose to be supervising the big slides allowing 6-7 kids go at the same time before the person at the bottom has a chance to get out of the way (too busy being on her phone). Pricey golf cart rentals. Cafe was great. Overall OK stay.

Kids had a wonderful time. Only complaint was so many things in the park were broken. Putt putt golf course desperately needs repair. Some of the water features in the water park are broken. The place looks run down. The staff were wonderful!

Everyone’s very professional and very polite. It was a pleasure talking to people in the office.

We had great time, jelly stone had lots of things to do for the kids. They were very accommodating when we arrived our original cabin had plumbing issue and they upgraded up to a larger cabin for the inconvenience. The only negative I would have to say was the dishes provided needed better cleaning and maybe extra pillows for the guest

The best part was all of the organized activities available for the kids.

We had a lot of fun. There were just a few issues. Almost every staff member we asked for help didn’t know how to help us. The first person didn’t know about the John boat rentals. The app showed none available, but then another worker helped that person get us one rented. Then the person at the boats didn’t know what a kayak was, and then a person in the activities center couldn’t tell us how to get a s’mores kit. I asked if they had them there, and she said yes but I don’t think you can buy them in here but I’m not sure. So we didn’t get to do a s’mores kit. The cabin was nice, but the couch and fridge were stained. Also the bathroom floor in front of the shower had a soft spot. I was afraid we would fall through. Then the kids were excited to jump on the jump pad, but it’s old and torn up so it didn’t even work right for them to be able to jump. Everything else was fun. They enjoyed the fishing and the waterpark and pool area! The staff in the cafe were always super nice and helpful, and the food was great!

Our stay was very fun with lots to do! The waterpark was a definite highlight, very nice, and the constant monitoring from staff members made everything feel much safer and more organized. However, the cabin itself was somewhat dirty, with very dusty walls. It was a beautiful cabin, just not as well-maintained as we would have hoped.
