Trouble booking room - told it would be bigger cabin. It was difficult then last year. Had trouble with WiFi NO WIFI ( kids enjoy games before bed). Pretty sure something is wrong with oven. Smell of gas was overwhelming. Husband fixed sliding doors it was to easy to break in.which people seemed great . USUALLY ITS A GOOD PLACE TO SPEND FAMILY TIME.Just wasn’t so pleasant this time. Staff were awesome.

Staff was friendly and above and beyond.Activities were fun and engaging for whole family.Park was clean.

The park in a whole is a great place to vacation. The golf carts an some of the attractions need upgrades an maintenance. The giant jump pillow has a huge cut in it so no able to jump(my kids favorite activity not able to use this trip). The golf carts are falling apart an for the price they should be top notch.

Golf carts were a little rickety, cabin was great, customer service was awesome.

We had a lot of fun on our trip. There were just a few issues. The cabin was nice, but the refrigerator and couch were pretty old and stained. The other issue with the cabin is the bathroom floor right in front of the shower is very soft. I was afraid we would fall through getting in and out of the shower. Also most of the employees we spoke to didn’t know how to answer our questions. The first person who helped us upon arrival seemed very confused about the boat rental. The app showed none available but with someone else’s help in the registration building we were able to rent one for half the day. The second day the person working at the boat area didn’t know what a kayak was when we asked for one. Then in the activities center I asked if we could get a smores kit after being told they were there by someone else. The person working said we have them, but I don’t think you can buy them in here. She seemed confused and didn’t know how to help us get one so we didn’t get to do s’mores. Overall we had a fun weekend. Thank you!

Our kids love Jellystone but we are considering finding another camping location after this stay. Site requested was changed on check in. I requested side by side sites. Then We had a water leak at our site and This is a premium site. Also the restrooms and waterpark area really need updating and cleaning regularly.

The cabin was very nice. The layout of the park was great and the staff were very friendly and helpful. My family and I will be back.

One of the best campgrounds to bring your kids to, will be back!
