This was the first time that I had to wait for my cabin to be ready at 4:00. I come every summer with my children and I really enjoy it

The water park was great. Everything else needs serious maintenance. The mini golf is basically unusable. The activity center was not stocked with paint to paint our ceramics and were given one small pallet with 6 colors to share with 5 people, two of which were toddlers. Our cabins kitchen was no where close to being a fully stocked kitchen you can actually cook in. One small pairing knife, one very small skillet and one glass casserole dish was all that was there for cooking. The campsite is not very well maintained and is a huge safety hazard. The third morning a giant limb fell on our cabin roof and shook the whole cabin. It fell right at the front door and if anyone would’ve been standing there it would have killed them. The staff said a couple of times that were in one of the older cabins but we paid the same price as the people in the newer cabins. We rented a limo golf cart but were given a regular one and overcharged for it. The website says the limo golf carts are $119 a day but when we went to pay for it they said it was one of the newer carts so it’s closer to $140 a day. We did get a limo one after going back into the main store and telling them we paid for and wanted the limo one since we had 7 people in our party but the young lady at the desk was kinda rude about it and made it sound like I had a made a mistake when explaining it to her manager about ordering it and telling them what I wanted. The air conditioning in the cabin barely worked. We ended up going to the store up the road and purchasing a floor fan just for it to be tolerable. Overall it was way overpriced for most of the things we were looking forward to doing to be so poorly maintained and just broken that we weren’t actually able to do them.

Check in was a nightmare. We (with small child and adult with advanced Alzheimer’s) checked in just before 4:00 but room wasn’t ready until 5:00. One tv had terrible reception, other didn’t work. However the rest of the stay went well. Water park was a big hit and activities were nice to have

Friendly staff, lots of activities, definitely needs updates around the park. The jumping pillow needs a shade over it and has a hole in it. Our TVs did not work.

We had a blast! So much fun and sooo many things to do. I do wish that the park would get a little tlc. Maybe fix some stuff on the splash pad or repair the jump pillow. Other than that no complaints. Our kiddo had the time of his life and slept hard every night from playing so hard.

Awful. Paid $847 for an awful experience. Cabin sucked. Dirty. Shower had hair in it. Towels had holes in it. WiFi was awful. Only worked in front section. Front door was broken. Wood rotten. We will never be back. Should have charged $100 a night not $400. I know you will never share this publicly but I will. I will blast this awful experience online.

We love Jellystone Park Pelahatchie. We always have the best time. There is so much to do all day between the water park and activities at the Activity Center, and the cabins are so fun to stay in. Stephanie is amazing!!! My kiddos really loved JT too! All of the staff is so kind! This has become a family tradition for us to visit and camp here!

Staff was wonderful! Always willing to help and entertain. We did a lot of the activities and had a blast (even though kids ages ranged from 4 to 13).Splash pad a bit run down. Most of the spray functions didn’t work.Would still go back!
