We love Jellystone but the cabins need to be renovated!! We’ve stayed in 1,2,3 and 4 and none of the doors open or close good for the bathrooms and the outside going inside doors are terrible. There’s places that the floors feel like they’re going to fall through. Wood falling apart from the cabins on the decks. We had a problem with ants this past weekend in the cabins and in vehicles.

It was such a great trip. We come every few years and although the kids have gotten bigger, we STILL ENJOY IT! Our cabins room smelled of mildew but we just used it as a changing station!

We had a great time. The water area was a hit for my kids and the fishing was fun. I do feel like the employees aren’t knowledgeable or efficient, especially in the checking in/ gift shop area. It moved extremely slow and could definitely have been improved. Also my microwave didn’t work in my room and the blinds were broke.

We really enjoyed our visit. Everything is kid friendly and nice facilites.

We had a great time the Staff were friendly and courteous the shower building where clean, Kids had a good time as well.

It was fun and good activities for the kids, but wifi was horrible to watch tv or post on our phones.

We had a great time. Staff was friendly and helpful as always. Can’t wait to come back!

Cabins need maintenance tv didn’t work, shower could not be used door had no seal so water pored out , floor was soft so obviously has been a problem. Front door knob was rusty which they lubricant it. Enjoyed it but next time before unpacking I will check cabin

We love coming — I wish you would update the RV sites some and fix the roads - I know it rains a lot but the roads and campsites are sometimes almost impossible to drive on even the premium sites are horrible roads
