Everything was perfect except the WiFi was terrible.

Our cabin was not clean floor was dirty and dirt was all over the couch shower would not drain fire ants were really bad could not get anyone to answer phones at the office

The first night the tv didn’t work at all the cabin is very out dated !There was a drink left in the top loftwe spent 80$ on the gems minor finding and the water didn’t work to wash them and find the cool ones. the door was backwards opening so it was very hard getting in ! The only good part was the water park !The laundry rooms half the washer n drier didn’t work !

Horrible! Damaged RV while driving on bad roads.

It was nice overall. The cabin has not been maintained well. The front key did not work to lock or unlock the door. None of the inside doors closed. Also, the water park was fun, but most of the water sprayers and buckets did not work at all.

We had the best time. From all of the different activities to swimming and hanging out with family. We had a great visit and definitely plan to be back.

We had a great time. The kids were a little disappointed the bouncing pillow was unavailable. The staff did do a great time with having indoor activities during the rain.

My wife and I treated our Son, Wife, two boys and two grown daughters, their husbands, and combined three children to a long weekend together. Overall this is our third visit. We had a great time except for an unexpected encounter with a very strange family who falsely accused three of my family for interacting with them. I intend to call the manager/owner to discuss.

Loved the amenities and activities everyday for the children especially the waterpark, only complaint was had issues dumping at campsite 221, drain pipe was clogged and had issues with dumping and it overfilling and spilling sewage by the campsite, also some of the sites are rather cramped, our family staying in site 220 was very close to our site and the sewage pipe was pretty much in their front door, and wish the issues with our sewage spilling it created a nasty situation especially with them having a toddler and trying to keep her out of the spilled sewage. Ending up using the dump station on the way out. More than likely will only stay at the paved sites from now on due to the issues with our gravel sites. Staff was very friendly. Laundromats could use a overhaul, most the machines was out of order or either very nasty so we chose to not wash our clothes there, which is not a big deal for us being most parks don’t have a laundromat to begin with. Loved the activity center, ranger station, the cafe, and the waterpark! Children had a blast, would give 5 stars had we stayed in the paved sites, only suggestion was some improvements on the gravel sites area. Don’t mind sites being close together, but having the sewage next to front door was rather nasty, maybe if drain pipes could be moved farther towards back of sites in the cramped spots would be better. Personally our site 221 was spacious but 220 was not a ideal spot for our family members. Overall we did enjoy the trip and do planning on returning. Just hope for a few improvements to make the stay a little more enjoyable at the campsite

What a great place to bring kids! They loved the splash area, pool, hayride, gift shop, and cabin! The amenities make it so easy for families to get away and unplug. We were in Ranger Smith 36 and the front porch screened in porch door would not shut. It also slept 4-6 but there were only 3 forks in the drawer. The shower had a good bit of mold around the inside of the door. Wish we had brought a fan for the upstairs loft—was hot for our kids. Overall, though, we enjoyed the cabin a lot. And the workers were so friendly and helpful—you can tell they enjoy their jobs and are willing to work hard for guests. We will be back!
