This visit was disappointing. We’ve stayed here many times over the years, including during bad weather, so the weather itself wasn’t the issue. What stood out this trip was how much the campground seems to have declined over the last several years. The property is beginning to look tired and neglected. The large jumping pillow, one of the main attractions for our children, was out of service the entire weekend, even during periods when the weather was perfectly fine. We specifically choose sites in that area so our kids can enjoy it, so it was frustrating to find it never inflated. The grass throughout the campground was overgrown, the roads and RV sites (picnic tables specifically) were in poor condition, and the pool furniture is well past the point of needing replacement. Much of it was worn, stained, and uncomfortable to use. What makes this especially disappointing is that we genuinely love Yogi. It’s close to home, and our family has been coming here for years. We enjoy RV camping and spending time outdoors, but there simply isn’t much to do beyond the pool. Adding more family activities, maintaining existing attractions, and investing in some much-needed upkeep would go a long way toward improving the guest experience. The little things matter. They show guests that they’re valued and encourage families to return and recommend the campground to others. We would love to see Yogi return to the destination it once was.

We have been coming for several years now, prices went up for rv spots yet the campground itself is run down . Its almost like they are trying to run in in the ground . Roads and campsites are badly washed out , our campsites every year have either been very unlevel or a complete mud hole. This year this site we wanted showed it was reserved so we went with another one close to it our site was so small a muddy mess and our neighbors septic was like may 15 ft from our door , no one ever showed up to the site we wanted . The splash pad 85% of the stuff doesnt work , the lounge chairs have seen better days and are very worn , ive never seen the tiki bar open , the jumping pillow was broken sunken in and full of water ... they didnt do any hey rides until 9 o clock at night and rode past my camper multiple times between 9 and 10 blasting music while my toddler was trying to sleep . We will not be back .

We had a terrific experience at Jellystone. The entire staff is friendly, helpful and attentive. We really like the scheduled activities for the children. The variety meets the needs of all aged children and was perfect for us.

This was year number 6 for spending our camping vacation at JellyStone. The park was clean and well maintained. We had a lakeside campsite and were very pleased that it was mowed at the lake’s edge. We were able to launch the kayaks without any weeds in the way. We were disappointed that the jumping pillow was deflated as out grandkids always spent lots of time jumping on it in past years. They were image to play laser tag several nights because the playing field had mud puddles. With some drainage tweaking that can be fixed.

We had fun but the park needs some work. The majority of the waterslide playplace doesn't work. The roads were washed out pretty bad along the back side of the campground. The golf course was flooded from rain. And the playground needs some bolts put back into a few areas. We traveled 4.5 hours. But our kids enjoyed the pool and bears.

Campground was VERY run down. Premium campsite was not premium at all-dirty, weeds, no drainage-so muddy, splintered picnic table. Attractions were mostly closed or not working. Water park is an accident waiting to happen-slick\mossy concrete, most water guns, waterworks under stairs not working. Putt Putt was in need of major renovation. Staff was clueless -nobody knew answers to questions, human foosball closed, gaga pit flooded, ballon launcher closed, blob not working. So very disappointed!

The boo boo #3 cabin had a fridge that didnt work properly and the wear and tear of the cabin is definitely showing. Also the bathroom amenities near the pool area was a hazard. I reported it right away and the team member was already aware but they hadn't ordered the maintenance to fix it. Water was dripping from a light fixture and the sink poured out water when attempting to use it.The activity area had broken equipment and missing parts.

We had an RV site on the lake and a nearby cabin for our family vacation. With young grandchildren staying in the cabin, the provided tv and cable were very much needed; however, it didn’t work. But the staff spent the better part of a day working on it. Ended up supplying us with a DVD player and tons of DVDs. Lifesaver! The manager couldn’t do enough to save our family vacation. She went above and beyond making sure everyone was comfortable. Whatever she could control, she did. The down side of our vacation, we believe, is on corporate. Corporate desperately needs to get in this park and make the necessary upgrades to save this park. Out of 6 days in the park we had torrential rains 5 days … to the point that you couldn’t tell where the lake started at our campsite. Several campers had to move from their sites because of the lake overflowing. The rain couldn’t be helped, but the neglect from corporate in the park is evident. Sites are left to erode away which we saw happening before our eyes. The only WiFi available was Guest WiFi and it was HORRIBLE. Again, corporate needs to address this. And yes, we needed WiFi for my husband who was working daily. The waterpark was fabulous and so fun with the grands! We went to the activity center several times for different crafts and they were always very accommodating and had great activities for the kids.

The tv didn’t work the entire time which was hard on the kids because it rained the entire trip almost and there was no key for the door to the cabin. I had to wait in the car with 4 kids before I could check in because the previous guest was allowed to check out late and nobody notified me to be late for check in.
