It was very disappointing when we got to the water park area. Both hot tubs were closed, the kids water park area with the climbing park was closed and the wave pool was not working. The cement walls on the lazy river, part of that was crumbling/had holes. We spent a lot of money to come there to have a lot of the park closed. Very disappointing.

Always a blast. Love the events and the water attractions. I am however disappointed that my yogi rewards expired.

After paying the very high price to stay plus additional fees like crazy we had high expectations. Overall the stay was fine. Complaints were no golf carts allowed, we were told NO electric scooters/bikes etc yet so many people had them there. So we weren’t able to explore the whole campground since we were on foot. The slides closed early Saturday night so we stayed late to let our kiddos ride the slides Sunday morning only to find they were closed. Firewood cost is crazy, and again can’t bring your own not even within the county. We did enjoy the coffee shop.

Had a nice stay overall, but was bummed the wave pool and hot tub weren't available to use. 😔

Far exceeded my expectations for an RV park. The staff was incredibly kind and attentive. Loved all of the activities! My only hesitation regarding returning is your cancellation policy. Our granddaughter was ill and unable to go on the first day of our reservation. Luckily she recovered so we were able to enjoy some time at the park. Since you cater to families with children, you should be more flexible and at least offer a credit or partial refund in case of an unavoidable cancellation.

Definitely need to update the pool. Wave pool was broken entire stay, should let guests know this prior to arrival. Also if that happens please make sure to actually inflate the tubs so the lazy river can be used when options are changed due to to broken wave pool.

Had plumbing issues in both cabins.RC2....maintenance "MacGyvered" it. No hot water in shower.RC1 toilet rocked and floor seemed rotted/moldy. No hot water in shower.Shared deck was amazing.Grounds and activities were great.

The area around our cabin was littered with trash. For the price we paid it should have been picked up. The cabin I thought I had rented was not exactly layed out as it was on line. It showed it had bunks as well.
