Our campsite that I had reserved was changed at some point and I had a villa reserved right across the street!!!

Employees were not very knowledgeable about events and where they were having them. Had problems with our golf cart and had to exchange for a different one and staff not very friendly. Why they make you wait so late to pick it up when you have 40 or 50 there. We understand they need to be recharged, but when you’re coming in the middle of the week and not many people there at Jellystone, I don’t believe they all had to be charged. Had to pay extra for a lot of the other activities when we already are paying a lot for the camping spot and wristband. Lawn areas (especially golf course and pool areas) not very well kept. Alit of weeds in those areas. We used to have a permanent site there for awhile and much has changed as to the cleanliness since then.We did really like the separate showers/toilets

I had to take away 2 stars because alot of the stuff closed early. Or was never open at all. The adult hot tub was closed all 5 days we stayed and the only working one closed at 6. This was a holiday weekend. To be charged a higher price for the stay and not have everything open or close early isn't acceptable. The atm wasn't working either but I did not take a star away for that. It happens.The staff was nice and very helpful. The bathrooms were some of the cleanest I've ever experienced in this setting. You can tell the staff works hard.

We come up every year for my so sons birthday which is July 5th.

Broken shades, WiFi didn’t work, TV did not work, fireplace did not work, stove flame was very small it never got hot enough to cook stuff, lights going up to the loft did not work. Dangerous in the middle of the night when my grandkids need to go to the bathroom. Quiet hours not enforced. Campers next to us were drunk, man and woman fighting, kids crying, using profanity. My grandkids were scared and woke up crying. Dogs barking all night because they were left alone and fireworks were going off. The race pool at the water park area did not work. The food place in the waterpark was not open yet they won’t allow outside food and drink. I have left 5 voice mails for a manager to call me. No one has returned my call.

Always have fun there, little disappointed that some things weren't up and running, adult hot tub, wave pool motor, kids bounce pad kept getting a hole. I understand things break sometimes, but last year I was noticing how it was looking a little more run down, concrete falling apart in areas all over the lazy river. Need to spend some time and money if you want people to keep coming back. Also the staff isn't nearly as friendly as years past. The activity director you had 3/4 years ago, Alexis, was fantastic. She made your experiences better. Now they seem like kids doing a job. Except for the older ladies at the west gate, super friendly and knowledgeable.

Service is beyond slow. Community areas are dirty. The pool water is dirty. No staff at mini golf. No staff at the food location inside the water park. Broken adult hot tub. Broken wave pool. Broken clock. Guests should have been alerted ahead of time regarding the wave pool. Poor customer service.
