We had the best time for Mardi gras weekend. The cleanliness of the park was awesome the pool was great. The interaction with kids was amazing. Our car died and there is a maintenance man there who has big silver earrings who went out of his way to come jump-start our vehicle. We will be back this summer for sure. Only complaint the wood is super expensive for the thin pieces you get.

The stay was good. The mini golf needs updated and repaired similar to what was done with the pools.

We really enjoyed our time at Jellystone. I had not been to the park/resort since I was a child with my family camping 25 years ago. Things have changed a lot! However, it was so great to see many of the things that are still the same (pool, blue waterslide, mini golf, amphitheater w/ cartoons, crafts, night music, activities with the bears, etc). We enjoyed staying in the Rancher cabin. It was a nice camping experience for people who don't have a camper, and appreciate more structure than a tent provides. It was a great place to relax, but also lots of fun stuff for the kids. If I had one big request, it would be to invest in those older attractions. I was so excited to see the same mini golf course I remember playing as a kid. It seems like lots of people like the mini golf option (usually pretty busy). However, the course has deteriorated (debris, wear, damage, etc.) and the landscaping looked pretty rough. It was also better before when a a staff member was handing out clubs and golf balls from the "clubhouse" shed. We went to play a couple times, but there were no clubs or balls. These two mini golf courses are a huge asset - I hope you'll consider investing in the upkeep here more. The amphitheater was in much better shape, but could use a little work also. Some of the benches need to be repair or tightened. The sound also had problems our last couple nights which was a disappointment. The Yogi Bear cartoons at night are such a fun, unique attraction. As a family, we were getting away and "unplugging" (e-mail, internet, social media, etc.). However, the Yogi cartoons together, outside, each night were so fun. It also provided an opportunity to connect with other people staying at the park. Please keep investing in this asset also! Finally, if I had one more critique, it would be that it seemed like it was hard to identify staff around who really had a strong understanding of what was happening at the park (e.g. manager/director). Overall, the staff that were there were very polite and helpful. However, I got the impression that no one felt very confident in exactly what was going on. Maybe it was a lot of new people training at the beginning of the season (I get that). However, I would have been comforted knowing that there more people around who really knew how the park operates and demonstrated confidence. These are just a few critiques that keep me from giving a full 5-star review. However, let me say that we really enjoyed our time. It's an 8-hour drive for us. But, I think we will consider coming back some day.

As an adult that has been here as a child, it was disappointing to come back. The cabin we stayed in was not very clean and had a lot of wear and tear , the activities ran seemed very unorganized, staff didn’t give good direction, the wave pool wasn’t working, the movie theater had technical difficulties, etc. I felt like we paid a decent amount of money for a run down experience. The parks needs TLC and a lot of improvements to be worth it. I’m sad to say this because I had some great memories here as a child.

Hot tub wasn’t working, slides weren’t running 1 day, wave pool was broken, kids side was ice cold water, where all other pools were heated!

A bit of a rocky start, but Sherri in the front office was a big help. Shout out to Caroline at Westgate and Lexi in recreation for remembering us from previous years. And thank you to Megan head of recreation for using our idea in the flavored doughnuts. You guys are always pretty awesome. And nice to see Connor again. Was our 10th year and like 13th time visiting. Always love coming there. See you next year.

We recently stayed at Yogi Bear’s Jellystone Park Camp-Resort Warrens and unfortunately had a very disappointing experience compared to our visit last year.Overall, staff interactions were poor. Employees were often rude or dismissive, and when we did try to ask questions, it felt like we were bothering them. Directions and guidance were lacking, leaving guests to figure things out on their own. The park also seemed understaffed, which may have contributed to the lack of support and organization. We had issues during activities as well. The laser tag experience included a staff member who was rude, and we were even corrected after following instructions given by another employee. At the dance party, the staff leading it did not seem enthusiastic or engaging, which took away from the experience for the kids.Maintenance and upkeep of the park also felt below expectations. The mini golf area included an older staff member who was condescending toward other employees, which created an uncomfortable atmosphere. In addition, our cabin experience was cut short by cleaning staff arriving before checkout time, which made us feel rushed and pushed out before we were supposed to leave.Overall, this stay felt disorganized, understaffed, and not well maintained compared to previous visits. Unfortunately, it was a very disappointing experience, especially given how much better it was in the past.

The stay was great. The restaurant wasn’t what I expected, breakfast was cold 7 other people in the restaurant and it took over a half hour to get our meal.
