We have been coming every summer for over 11 years. We love this place! Great for kids with multiple activities a day.

Apparently the golf cart shack closes at 6 on Monday with no signage anywhere about that. The sign says 7 and all of the information in emails and welcome packet says 7.

Our AC in our bedroom in the cabin didnt work, there were never any golf balls for mini golf, we always had to call someone to help us, I was fishing out golf balls from the pond one day. The wave pool wasnt working our whole stay there and that's my favorite part. Ranger Smith was always doing the pledge and the kids were bummed about that. The older cabins didnt have new stuff like the newer ones, such as we had the tiniest TV ever and we didn't have access to Netflix or Disney like last year. All the cabins should all be the same since we pay the same amount for them. A little disappointed this year with Jellystone and we have been coming here every year for the last 6 years.

The game on the Jellystone app is not set up for the warrens location. I greatly miss the water balloon fight area, It was our absolute favorite! The wave pool wasn’t working.Love the rec center and the golf cart parade. The heated pools are amazing.

We liked the ozark cabin. Upon arrival an artificial nail was on dining table. Someone’s socks under bunk bed and shower soap was empty. Tree branches hit our roof making noise while sleeping.

We had a good time during our stay. One of the blinds in the cabin bunk room didnt cover the entire window so we had to buy clothes pins and use a towel to cover the entire window.

Ordered breakfast at the restaurant, food was cold.There was one other family at the time the meal still took a half hour to arrive.

This was my first time staying here, and overall it was a nice place. However, I do have a few concerns and suggestions.First, when we arrived at our cabin, the air conditioning was only blowing warm air. There were two AC remotes, but one was missing batteries. I went to the front desk and was able to get batteries right away, so thank you for the quick help with that.Second, I wish the cabins with electricity had phones so guests could contact the front desk with questions or concerns. The walk to the front office can be quite far.Third, there were no instructions provided for accessing the Wi-Fi or explaining the cabin checkout and cleanup process. It would be helpful to have this information available so guests know what is expected and can avoid any unexpected charges.My biggest concern was an incident involving racism directed at our children while they were swimming. Some teenagers were making fun of them, mocking them, and making racist comments. Thankfully, a kind couple witnessed what was happening and informed the lifeguard. We were told the teens had been removed, but our children later saw them again.I strongly encourage management to take incidents like this very seriously. Everyone should feel safe and welcome while enjoying the facilities. Clear policies against racism and harassment should be posted, and guests who engage in this behavior should be removed and not allowed to continue disrupting others.Despite enjoying many aspects of our stay, this incident had a significant impact on our experience, and I hope it will be addressed to ensure a safer and more welcoming environment for all families.

Customer service is lacking-multiple calls and no answer, given conflicting responses to questions and then told I was in the wrong. Some areas of the park are really kept nice and maintained, others seem neglected in the park. Staff doesn't seem happy to be there or have a desire to be helpful in anyway. That is what I notice the most as someone that works in customer service.
