Customer service is lacking-multiple calls and no answer, given conflicting responses to questions and then told I was in the wrong. Some areas of the park are really kept nice and maintained, others seem neglected in the park. Staff doesn't seem happy to be there or have a desire to be helpful in anyway. That is what I notice the most as someone that works in customer service.

The cabin we had was uncomfortable. The air units were not working much at all. One unit in the main bedroom was not even pumping out cold air, and the one in the living room was pumping out a bit of cold air out. The other bedroom in the cabin, its fan to pull in cold air from the living room was not working. We also lost access to water a few hours during the day on our trip at our cabin, and I only found out why when I approached a camp staff member to ask. Other activities went OK. Other people complained about the water area and how the water basket that shoots out water did not make a noise when it did it, and little kids got hit hard when it happened.

It seems like things are going a little downhill from the previous year. It was disappointing to see things like the golf course not being kept up and the adults hot tub being closed. There is a policy that sites are not to display political flags and we saw multiple offensive trump signs and flags right by the main attractions. There seemed to be a lot less staff and parents were most definitely not watching their children per the policy that we are all required to agree to. It was overall disappointing compared to last year.

We had a lot of fun and lots of activities. The customer service at the golf cart stand is below average. They are very inconsistent with following rules. We had our golf cart confiscated and the staff was very rude. We were not doing anything unsafe, a warning would have been more than fair. I didn’t relay all the rules to my husband and he had one of the kids sitting on his lap while he was driving very slow. Meanwhile other golf carts are speeding all around. We spent a lot of money solid customer service should be a given.

Everything was fine and our family had a nice time there. This is our fourth yearly family camping trip to Warren’s Jellystone. I will make one comment for your observation. My daughter dropped off her golf cart on the day of checkout. A few minutes later, she realized her husband‘s wallet may have been still in the golf cart. She immediately went back down there to see if it was there or not. A male employee was not allowing her to go to the golf cart to take a quick look to see if the wallet was still there. And his demeanor she felt was extremely rude. Because this was the day of checkout and we needed to leave, this was the only time we could take advantage of looking for the wallet in the golf cart. After she got back to the campsite and told us what happened, a couple of us went back down there to see if we could speak with another person to look in the golf cart. We did find a very very nice lady and she went with us and we were able to look for the wallet. Our experience with the lady was exceptional customer service. The other male really had zero people skills. His manager should address this. I can’t believe that this is the only time someone may have left something in the golf cart when they dropped it off. Policy could be updated with some leniency.

We love Jellystone, however, this time the cabin cleanliness was disappointing. The TV remote didn't work, the plumbing backed up the first night we were there and the cabin had TERMITES.

Reservation employees need additional training. Too many calls placed to correct error. Check-in day and still had issues. Younger employees are not polite or courteous. Never heard a thank you upon check out either.Shout out to choo-choo Ed for fantastic train and wagon rides.

I gave this a four star only because the waterpark needs some updating. Otherwise, this was a great vacation.
