We like Jellystone for the various activities for any age. The campsite was great! One suggestion would be to not charge for the Wibit. Guests should still reserve a time for using the Wibit, but it shouldn’t be an extra charge. It is a lot of money to stay at Jellystone Warrens; given the price, the Wibit should be included. We hope there are plans to renovate and reopen the adult hot tubs. The one tub was packed full of people, old and young - kind of gross. And not enjoyable for adults who just want to relax. My son cut his foot - pretty deep cut - on a rock in the swim pond. Making sure there aren’t large sharp rocks would also be a suggestion.

The trip started off bad when our two groups went to check in and our cabins were on completely diff sides of the park. We specifically booked them together and were told we didn't pay the "lock fee" which we had never heard of before. The guy who we talked to when booking never mentioned it, if he had- we would have absolutely paid it. We thought when we were booking specific cabins, we were going to get those cabins. Instead we spent the entire weekend driving 5 min between two cabins so our kids could play together. And all of that driving was with one golf cart because again unbeknownst to me, I needed to book my golf cart at reservation booking or I wouldn't get one - again something that would have been nice to know. Cabin was fine and clean but personally not worth $750 for two nights.

We had a wonderful stay. Park was clean and well maintained and there was so much to do! Staff was friendly and the activity schedule/events were great and catered to all ages. Our two complaints are the the WiFi - they say there’s free WiFi but half the time it don’t come up and the other half it didn’t work - 99% of the time our texts / calls wouldn’t work - even to other people in the campground and also, a lot of the info is on the app but without WiFi, you either can’t download the app or it downloads but doesn’t work at all. That was disappointing. The other downfall was the temp of the water in the kiddie pool with the multiple slides and “bucket dump” - the water was ICE and it was very unfortunate. The other set of pools near the top of the hill were warmer but it was so crowded, not a table or chair was available. Our kids were very disappointed in the temp of the water and weren’t able to enjoy it as they had been looking forward to.

We started the weekend off with a lot of excitement. Luckily the gate attendant was very specific on the directions because they sure pack in a lot of sites. We were very underwhelmed by the waterpark area. Nothing seemed to be up kept or renovated since building the park. While in the lazy river many Band-Aids also floated along with us. Twice we were surprised by the slides being closed without any notice. The water was also so freezing despite it saying the temps were kept in the 80s. We did enjoy the pond and the closeness of the bathrooms. The kiddos really enjoyed the train and the jumping pillow we only went to one other scheduled event in which nobody could get the slip and slide working. It’s a once and done for our family.

It was fun but disappointing that the adult hot tub wasn't working (for years, apparently), the wave pool wasn't working, no breakfast on Saturdays and Sundays (website said from 8am-10am) and no rules were followed by golf carts. The sites were really nice and clean, bathrooms were ok (dirty most of the time).

We have been going to Yogi for years (at multiple locations not just Warrens) and have had great experiences until this year.To begin with, my son was accused of racial profiling (which did not happen) and kicked out of pools unless with an adult (there were no discussions or asking for any details/facts before being banned). He currently has a torn ACL and is only able to be in a hot tub due to his limitations but was banned unless accompanied by an adult. Every time he entered a pool area he was stared at by lifeguards and then they would begin talking about him amongst each other. Extremely unwelcoming as a guest, again without having a discussion with me as a parent. The entire situation was unacceptable and handled VERY poorly.Secondly, we had our golf cart taken away (which I admit was our fault) due to an underage driver on the golf cart going to the restroom; again my fault. However, the fact that I had to walk across the entire campground to my site while three staff drove three separate golf carts following me back to unload my items was unacceptable. A ride back to my site is the least they could have offered instead of attempting to embarrass me throughout the situation.Lastly, we had a nightmare of an experience with a seasonal person. We stayed in site K006 and the lady in the green cabin behind us was absolutely horrible. We did have a kid walk through her site, which we corrected our kid to not walk through, but to be yelled at "get out of here" all weekend long was unacceptable. After the first situation we apologized and either walked along the road or walked through a public camp site (non seasonal) that was not occupied until Sunday evening, which we then stopped, not does she own, therefore has no right to yell at me or my family. There were continuous call-ins from the seasonal resident to the courtesy patrol about us trespassing on her space, which were NOT happening. The last call was on Sunday afternoon when a group of 40+ people were at the beach and a wiffle ball was hit and went by her tree. A kid went to retrieve the ball and he was harassed and yelled at the entire time and we were then again reported to the courtesy-patrol for cutting through her lawn. That simply could not have happened as the ball was in the front by the beach and we went back to beach after retrieving. When the courtesy-patrol arrived to our site once again I explained my frustrations with them about the neighbor and they simply said "oh that lady, yeah she is trouble". That is completely unacceptable as I am a paying customer as well. While all of this was happening, the seasonal site lady would stare at us out her back window while we got ready in the morning, while we ate supper and any time we were at our site. Completely unacceptable to be treated this way and nothing addressed to the seasonal site owner.IF, we decide to return to a Yogi campground we definitely know what area not to reserve as that person made our stay a nightmare. This was a very expensive trip, as I have a family of 7, and no memories were made, if any they were a bad experience.Again, we have had great experiences in the past and hoping this year was a fluke.

Love the amenities however parking was limited and busy many times which may it hard at times to find a space. In addition, golf carts were sold out. Tent sites were too close to each other without much privacy. Pool needed regular maintenance as there were many bugs or floating band aids at time. Villas were not as well maintained for the price and floors were dirty and didn’t seem to be properly cleaned before arrival.
