Loved being left alone. There were enough towels for our cabin, for everyone. Just hated that a lot of things didn’t work and our cabin felt dirty.

The rancher cabin floors were dirty and not swept properly when we arrived. There were dirty hand towels next to the kitchen sink and on top of the toilet. The only bed that was made was the queen bed. The rest of the bunk beds had towels and pillows and sheets sitting on the side. Also no where to park our car as our neighbors across the street and to our right all had 4 cars each parked next to theirs/our cabin. I read the rules online and it said every cabin is only allowed 2 vehicles.

Campsite was dirty. Asked for help about it from the office, was told thry would send someone. Nobody came. Wave pool was not working and the lazy river had gross white chunks, dead bugs, a bandaid and other debris in it. The white chunks almost looked like puke? Not sure. Not as clean as when we stayed last year. Very disappointed about the wave pool. Saw an employee at the picnic basket get irritated with another employee while we were placing our order.

Staff were rude at golf cart area. Less to do than I expected with online options. VERY expensive for the option. Never saw petting zoo that was advertised. Asked 2 staff members and they had no clue. Rylee doing tye dye tshirts was great and a young man at the ice cream shop (recommended a great flavor). My husband stepped on a bee..no access to a tweezers or benadryl from first aid or camp store. Not a great experience.

The cabins weren't really cleaned. Dishes that were in the cabinet were dirty and needed to be rewashed. The AC in the bedroom was broken. My children were made fun of at the pool and no team member or lifeguard bothered to step in until a third party reported it.

Very nice campground. Great amenities. However staff could barely speak English or answer my questions. Getting coffee took way longer than it should have at thr coffee shop. People driving golf carts around way too fast and late at night caused concern for safety. No information regarding the wibit foam part of the park. Just thay ypu have to pay extra and schedule, so we were not able to use. I planned to do fishing based on the online activities saying that you could however, one foot of water and all weeds does not equal fishing to me.

Warren‘s Jellystone has a policy that when someone is having an issue with a golf cart that they will NOT exchange it for a different golf cart. This is not only ridiculous, It is a very low level of customer service. I’ve experienced this policy with a couple of bad golf carts over the years and for the money we pay for the golf carts, I would think the Jellystone would be happy to exchange for a different cart when asked. This year, when I explained, my golf cart felt unsafe. The young man at the golf cart building replied to me “we are just hoping no one gets hurt“. Yes, you read that correctly. This is what the young man at the golf cart rental building said. I registered a complaint with the park assistant general manager about what this young man said. I went to the office because I already had an experience last year with the woman that that manages the golf cart building. She is not customer focused and is rude. I would be happy to talk to somebody more about the golf cart policy. My number is 262-9935205.

It was pretty good but there were a couple things that bothered me.My daughter & her fam were going to drive over to meet us & the person at registration they could get a pass on our reservation for $10 each for the day. I went the next day to add it & was told no they could not because we already had 8 people in our cabin so they would have to pay $40 each. They weren’t even going to come to our cabin so called the reservation line & was told that yes that was the correct rate but Brandon said that I had to do it at the park because we already checked I. So again I went back there but was turned away. I feel like this is very bad customer service.

This was our fourth visit and by far the least enjoyable. This was due to several services not being available: adult hot tub and wave pool were out of service and snack cabana by lazy river was not open during stay. Also bathroom buy pool only had one stall available. Positive aspects: golf card had zero wait to pickup this year!! Checkin early to site was also a huge plus.
