Overall good experience except where I was locked in the cabin and had to call 24 hour maintenance.

Overall our visit was fine. I was disappointed in the upkeep on some of the items though. Our site picnic table was rotten; big chunks taken out of it and unusable. The playground in the water at the beach was also rusted and jagged around the steps; kids could easily get cut by it.

It is very obvious that there is no management to this place. We waited for 45 minutes for chicken strips and fries at the restaurant. Campsites weren’t checked, trash was left from the group before and paracords left tied around trees. Quiet hours weren’t being enforced at all and with campsites on top of each other that sucks. Amenities, like the concrete around the pool, are obviously being neglected. It was probably once really cute, but it feels like a place where the owners are just running it into the ground for cash. One star for friendly staff and one star for cute concept/theme.

I think it is terrible that you up charge while in the park for some of the things to do. I think your prices are extreme enough. If a child doesn't have parents that have money, they have to sit out.

Many options for kids but it is definitely dated with the minimum upkeep is showing. The lady working the ice cream shop every day that we were there was SO rude every time we were there and we heard other people commenting how rude she was as well. Our golf cart we rented sounded TERRIBLE and was told there was nothing wrong with it and our options were to drive it or pay for an upgrade but they were not willing to do anything else about it. When we checked out we asked for a categorized receipt and were told they don’t do that. When we asked how we could see all of our charges then to make sure everything was correct before leaving and the lady just looked at us and said I don’t know. Definitely disappointed in the customer service

Check in was fast and staff were friendly. We had a group of 7 teens girls between 12-15 years old that experienced some racist comments from another group of 6 teens. These kids asked our daughters if they ate dogs and made other derogatory comments to the girls. Another family standing near them stood up for them and went to a lifeguard to make a complaint. These racist 6 teens were kicked out right away. I greatly appreciated that while me as a parent wasn’t there to stand up for my kids another family and the staff did.

Amazing. We went as kids and now im bringing my kids. Prices are alittle high and could be lowered but overall great time.
