Everything was great there, beside the lazy river was very dirty. Other then that was perfect..

Disappointing.We rented 2 cabins for 4 nights, as our "annual family getaway".One of the cabins had bugs crawling on the bedding.When I went to the office in efforts to find alternative lodging, I was simply told, "You will have to leave. We have no other lodging, you can't stay."No effort. No kindness and no empathy shown at all. I had to pack up my family of 11 and leave.

Lots to do which is great for the kids. Really bummed the wave pool was broken- this is the kids favorite. Some activities didn’t go the full time as indicated on the schedule so if you were late- you missed out or got very little time to participate because staff stopped them early (I.e. foam slip and slide)

We arrived in a rainstorm. It rained for 2 days. ⁷

We haven’t been since before Covid and finally made a trip back . First few nights it rained and was cold but still had fun! I will however say that I was disappointed when a young boy was struggling at the bottom of the waterslide the lifeguard told the bother to jump in and help . It was a very cold day on and off rain . I’m assuming she just didn’t want to get wet in the cold but it’s your job. We are also bummed the wave pool was down but understand things breakdown . I wish it was also cleaner … lazy river had many bandages floating around and on the ground when we first arrived . Hot tub was amazing over the cold days definitely will be trying to come back next year .

The experience was good as far as activities with the pools and things for kids to do. Our experience with our room was okay. You have 5 pools here and no towel bars or hooks in the rooms to hang and dry towels. Outside worked fine, until it rained. Also, no side tables or anything to put a drink on in the rooms. There are only coffee mugs, no cups to use, which is kind of frustrating. The mattresses in the cabins and bunk beds are absolutely ridiculous &so uncomfortable. Too rock hard and noisy for a room for 4. For what you pay for a room, comfort and ease for families is key and they definitely failed there. It would also be nice to have 2 different movie times for families that their kids go to bed earlier than 9. Maybe an inside movie so it’d be dark enough? Just some thought. Also, more umbrellas around the pools for coverage please.

This is our 4th year coming. We come every June with 6-8 families from our church. The location is great and the area we stay in together is wonderful. We feel very safe having our kids here and they love all the activities they can do. The coffee shop was a great addition and we used the inside tables to play some games during the rain. I also loved the addition of being able to charge to the room so I didn’t need to carry my wallet everywhere.A couple suggestions-the last two years the nightly movies have been the same. I am sure you have a general rotation but the kids would love a slight change up.-it would be great if the schedule indicated which activities cost extra money. I knew enough to ask, but in the past I think they’ve been marked with dollar signs.-bring back candy bar bingo! I’m ur kids absolutely love it. They were very sad not to have it this week. Our group had 45 people this year so we’d even do our own bingo if we had access to the materials. 🤣

We love it at Jellystone Warrens. Our family has been coming every year for nearly a decade. For the last few years we’ve invited other families to join us and it is a wonderful time. Great mix of activities and facilities.

I found it hard to communicate with the staff in the office. The adult hot tub and wave pool were not functioning when we stayed. Turning off the yogi cartoon minutes before the end to start the movie doesn't seem reasonable.
