This is our 4th year coming. We come every June with 6-8 families from our church. The location is great and the area we stay in together is wonderful. We feel very safe having our kids here and they love all the activities they can do. The coffee shop was a great addition and we used the inside tables to play some games during the rain. I also loved the addition of being able to charge to the room so I didn’t need to carry my wallet everywhere.A couple suggestions-the last two years the nightly movies have been the same. I am sure you have a general rotation but the kids would love a slight change up.-it would be great if the schedule indicated which activities cost extra money. I knew enough to ask, but in the past I think they’ve been marked with dollar signs.-bring back candy bar bingo! I’m ur kids absolutely love it. They were very sad not to have it this week. Our group had 45 people this year so we’d even do our own bingo if we had access to the materials. 🤣

We love it at Jellystone Warrens. Our family has been coming every year for nearly a decade. For the last few years we’ve invited other families to join us and it is a wonderful time. Great mix of activities and facilities.

I found it hard to communicate with the staff in the office. The adult hot tub and wave pool were not functioning when we stayed. Turning off the yogi cartoon minutes before the end to start the movie doesn't seem reasonable.

Overall, we really enjoyed Jellystone and will definitely be back. We had an issue with our bill after adding a golf cart that took a couple of days to get resolved. The toilet in our cabin felt like it was going to break every time it was sat on and there seemed to be some mold in the bathroom that could be addressed. I will say that we did have to call maintenance because we had no hot water and they were there within 20 minutes to address the issue which was great to see.

It was a good experience, but if I didn't have any complaints you wouldn't think I was normal, right? Here it is... they end the Yogi cartoon before it's done because they want to start the movie. Why not let the last minute or two of the Yogi cartoon finish? And, while I'm on the subject, maybe they could start the cartoon a little later. The images on the screen are very faint for the 1st few minutes.

I asked the courtesy number for a cabin curtain/ blind 2 different days and they never brought one. It made sleeping difficult. The wibit course was made on too shallow of a pond. Myself and people in our party hit the bottom. Each of us were under 150lbs, so I feel worse for heavier people who will probably also hit the bottom. Please dig it to be deeper.

Our cabin was not cleaned very well seeing as we found the previous quests items still in our room. The picnic basket was out of almost ever item, our golf cart check in person didn’t go over anything just pointed and said there it is, when we asked if he could show us how to work it since it was a newer model he hardly spoke English and just said sorry. The crafts were a good experience.

First, the cabin we requested was not approved, and we were assigned one farther up the hill instead. We were never given an explanation as to why the change occurred.Thankfully, our kids are older, so the extra walk back and forth wasn't a major issue.Unfortunately, we visited during a stretch of poor weather. The warmest weather occurred on our check-in day, but we were only able to check in about 30 minutes early. By the time we got settled and made our way to the water park, it was around 5:30–5:45 p.m. Although both the website and app stated that the water park was open until 7:00 p.m., it ended up closing at 6:00 p.m. As a result, our kids only had about 10 minutes to enjoy it. We initially assumed it was due to the weather, but the other pools remained open, so we were disappointed that the water park with the slides closed early. The following day was mostly a washout due to rain, but we were still able to enjoy some of the activities during breaks in the weather. The staff were friendly, welcoming, and did their best to help guests make the most of their stay.Another disappointment was the restaurant's operating hours. The website listed a 9:00 p.m. closing time, but staff informed us they would actually be closing at 8:00 p.m. Fortunately, we arrived in time to place an order; otherwise, we would have missed the opportunity to get dinner on-site.On the morning of checkout, we had hoped to stay longer since the weather had finally started to improve. However, we learned that our wristbands expired when our reservation ended, and we would need to purchase day passes to continue using the facilities. Since we had a bit of a drive home, we decided to leave rather than pay for additional passes.Overall, our kids enjoyed their stay, and we appreciated the friendliness of the staff. However, between the unexpected cabin assignment, inaccurate operating hours, early closures, and limited access on checkout day, the experience did not fully meet our expectations. Knowing what we know now, we likely would have chosen a different destination for our staycation.

We stayed for four days three nights in a lakeview cabin. Our cabin was great inside but the location was not desirable. We were in F8 and it was right across from the bathrooms which were both noise and bright at night. The camp fire was placed eight next to the road too so there was zero privacy. We were unimpressed with the fact that the website listed a bunch if activities for our young boys in reality none of the things they wanted to do were even offered/opened during our stay. My boys were really excited about the laser tag and the mini cars. Staff let us know there was a change in ownership a few years ago and they are doing budget cuts so there is not enough man power to have all items open anymore. We were told the items we were interested in have not been on the activity schedule in weeks. We tried to play moon light bingo with our boys on a rainy evening and the girls working told us we had to bring our own candy to trade for bingo cards. This was not posted on the sheet so everyone who showed up to play ended up walking away.

Overall the experience was okay. The check-in process was annoying as we had seen that the cleaners had already cleaned our cabin but it wasn't updated in the system and we ended up waiting an extra 2.5 hours to be able to check-in. Also, the front desk people didn't really seem all that helpful.
