Overall the experience was good. Some of the amenities are in need of some updates or repairs. Been going for about 8 years now and they have updated some, there is still room for improvements.

Kids very disappointed the wave pool was broken over a long holiday weekend. The lazy river was very dirty with debris. Happy they repaired the jumping pillow. Kids loved wibet did it two times! I enjoyed walking the trails in the woods at top of hill!

We had a very good experience overall. We loved our campsite D087. It was nice and clean and the cement slabs are awesome. A few things I would point out were that the staff were a little overwhelmed with slow internet connection affecting their jobs. Also, there were multiple things that they just didn’t have. Smaller child sizes of t shirts, completely out (for tie dying) so you should have a much bigger selection for that. The mini donuts they didn’t have enough to do all the nights we were there. The ice cream ran out way before the end of the weekend. Just supply issues that the staff couldn’t control. There should have been an announcement or something posted letting guests know when the Warrens fireworks would happen. We would have gone where other campers knew to go to watch them. The water park was as clean as it could be but definitely could use some upgrades. The swimming beach was AWESOME. Overall things were very nice.

Our group had electrical issues and also there was a point that the water needed to be turned off.

Golf carts are going to kill people at night. Scared with little kids. Water pressure is zero, can't even flush toilets

Staff was great and activities were fun especially bingo. It was unfortunate that the Internet did not work in our cabin for a portion of the stay and that the wave pool was broken during the entirety of our stay. Adding hooks to the cabin walls to hang towels, etc. would be very helpful.

Blinds upstairs broke... garbage can in kitchen. Was disgusting Mold in shower picnic table broke. Screen porch had so many holes. The bugs came in at night. Refrigerator missing bars on door so could not put food on the door refrigerator drawer was missing on the right remote cover was broke... We mopped floor as it was disgusting and black.

Our stay was great! The cabin was clean and comfortable. The only improvement I’d suggest is to install some hooks in the bathroom or elsewhere in the cabin so guests have somewhere to hang wet towels/swimsuits.

We had a great time here over the 4th. The only bummer was they ran out of all the ice cream flavors right away.

So much fun for the whole family!
