We go here because of the kids activities, but haven't been able to the past couple years due to the cost. We made it this year and the wave pool wasn't working so the kids were very disappointed. I tried calling to ask questions but no one ever answered or returned my call. The wifi your website says you have is still just as bad as it was on our first visit 6 years ago. Online it says the water park is open until 7, but they closed at 6 every day. The shower temperature is like warm at best. It really seems like some areas of the park are being neglected with maintenance. Especially the mini golf.

We had the best time as a family. Some things to consider: Whoever the cleaning people are do not do a very good job. Our Villa was dirty. The floors had sand all over them, even found birthday party paper from a different stay still on the floor. There is mold on the ceiling above the refrigerator in Villa 2A. The outlets in the loft are movable which Im not sure that is even OSHA approved. On check out, no one asked how our stay was or anything, just took our keys. Not very friendly and welcoming. We have already booked for next year, but just need to say some things that need to be consider .

This is our 3yr going and the entire resort and staff have been great!!

Most everything was great. We were upset that the wave pool was not working and there was one day where the picnic basket pool was broken. One of our blankets and pillows smelled like BO upon arrival. Also, we were disappointment when the movie changed last minute and that the last hole of Boo Boo’s mini golf didn’t work. The golf course needs some major attention.

The staff is extremely friendly but the parks operational items need to be addressed. The wave pool was broken, there weren’t enough tubes for the lazy river, the food court ran out of chicken strips and cheese curds, the ice cream shop was always out of flavors of popular ice cream, the wibit was low on air so much that it was extremely hard to use in certain spots, the golf cart alignment was so far off it would turn a corner if you didn’t hold on, the water park hours online says 7:00pm close but it closed at 6:00 each day. Lots of people mentioned similar complaints. We love coming here and love the staff but some changes really need to be make operationally.

Jellystone Warrens is a great family campground! The activities are nice to help kids stay busy aside from the water areas. Overall the experience was great - the campground does need some updating as many things were shut down - including the wave pool, snack shack, hot tubs and both bathroom locations within the waterpark area which was disappointing. We hope these amenities are back up and running soon as we would like to return again.

This was my 4th year going to Jellystone. This year was the worst run. The wave pool was broken, no list of the daily activities, ice cream wasn't restocked 95% empty containers, no golf balls at mini golf, blue slide wasn't working on Sunday, not enough tubes for lazy river, not enough mats for blue and yellow slide. Long lines in gift shop because only using one register with 2 cashier.

Lots of water activities to do. Bummed that we didn't know the wave pool wasn't working properly. The putt putt golf could use some loving.

The cabin was great.
