Fun place for families. Water slides were great. The mini golf could use some maintenance and clean up from tree debris. And the lazy river pool had debris all over from the pumps not working.

Price is high and things need to be taken care of. Mini golf was rough, all the edging is falling off making it impossible to actually play. Why charge an extra fee for the inflatables are the lake, seem ridiculous.

We had a wonderful experience on our return trip to Jellystone. The park is always clean and there is so much to do. We rented cabanas for 2 days of our stay. It was frustrating on our first day to have staff members come over to our group and tell us we needed to leave ~30 minutes before the area was scheduled to close (this was clearly posted as 10-6 on the sign outside the entrance). Our kids were all still swimming and we were told we needed to pack up and leave due to duck races happening at 6. Since we payed to rent to canaba until closing, we expected to be able to stay until closing time. The next day, 2 of the main attractions were closed to to low staff. This was also frustrating when we purposely book a trip to this location to be able to utilize all the attractions that are advertised and offered. Overall, we love the park and all it has to offer, but we're frustrated when we couldn't utilize all that we payed for.

So many fun activities planned and available to families. Great amenities. Camping cabin was cozy and great for our family. I love the reminders that activities were about to start from the app. There was different information about open hours of buildings and menus on the website, app, and in person. That made things very confusing and hard to plan. Some things on the menu, pizza and burgers, weren’t available at lunch when requested however that wasn’t listed anywhere. The hours the train ran weren’t listed anywhere we could find and we ended up not being able to ride on it because both times we waited it was either done for the day or the driver had just gone on a break and we needed to leave and couldn’t wait the hour for him to come back. Signage would be nice stating hours and when the driver will return, when he is on a break, so we don’t wait for it to be another hour like we had experienced. Most staff members we encountered didn’t seem to have answers to questions or know exactly what was going on. They seemed to be lacking a lot of training. We saw a lot of written rules being broken such as going feet first down the waterslide. The lifeguards seemed to not care that kids were going down backwards and head first. We also had an experience of our daughter getting stuck after the first drop on the racing waterslide. Her mat had folded under itself and stopped her. She got scared and had a hard time getting herself going. I was at the top about to go down and was talking her through it but the lifeguards offered no help or came over to assist her or I as it probably took 5 minutes for her to get herself unstuck. I would assume there is training on what to do in that situation but if not, there should be.The main waterpark area appeared really run down and unclean. Our 5 year old didn’t care and still had fun, but it was a little sad to see it untouched since I had last been there 13 years ago. The faded water features, the brown marks on the kid slides, the dirty looking water just was all unappealing. It also seemed to have so much more potential than what it was being used for with another concession area that was closed, and closed down hot tub, and other walk way areas closed. It could use a major facelift/overhaul!I enjoyed and took advantage of the coffee shop! I would love to see some grab and go breakfast options served there.Overall we enjoyed our stay and had a good time but the little details and attention to them do matter.

Wave pool was not working, food service by one lady (by dance area) was very rude to me and other customers. She acted confused and made weird faces and did not want to be there and made sure everyone including employees know. Also, our neighbors (other cabin) kicked our dog when walking by because he got off the leash. He was very scary.

We really enjoyed our time there. Our only disappointment were the early closing of the pool our first day and that slides weren't open on our one full day. I would recommend that if slides are closed the kids get a voucher for arts and crafts or some other compensation since we were there expecting to experience what we had paid for.

While we enjoyed our family time, and many of the activities at the campground we were quite surprised to see how run down much of the park was. From the one hot tub that was not running, and had grass/weeds growing in it to the lazy river not floating us around (the pumps were either not working at all, or very little if they were), and overgrown areas all over the campground. Some parts of the Wibits were not properly chained to the sand bottom or to another float, so it made it hard at times to stay or get up on the float. My family had a great time on the Wibits. It seems as though it is being let go. There is absolutely no management around anywhere to ensure guests are acting appropriately, you really are on your own. I would have complained had we paid full price but we did get in on the half off deal in June so this was still a "good" deal. the wagon ride and the train ride were good.

I bought 2 ultimate passes which I was charged twice for $107 came out of my account twice. I can’t get anyone to call me back. When I use the passes at the park, no one knew what they were and I was given the runaround and had to go to 10 different places back to the office about five times before they figured out they needed to give me the punchcard. I totaled up the value of the ultimate pass versus what I was given, and I actually paid more, which makes no sense. My golf cart didn’t have lights or a charger. I brought it back and was given a dead golf cart.our campsite was so uneven you couldn’t sit around the fire

Wave pool broke or just off all 4 days. Park says 11 to 7. White board said 10 to 6 but Saturday they told everyone get out at 5:20. They shut the water off then also on big slide and my family was up top yet. My niece told me the lifeguards were laughing. She went up and got all the kids to come down stairs. The phone/internet was very poor so we had a hard time communicating for our group to meet up.
