Wave pool broke or just off all 4 days. Park says 11 to 7. White board said 10 to 6 but Saturday they told everyone get out at 5:20. They shut the water off then also on big slide and my family was up top yet. My niece told me the lifeguards were laughing. She went up and got all the kids to come down stairs. The phone/internet was very poor so we had a hard time communicating for our group to meet up.

Disappointed the water features closed between 5:30 and 6:00 pm when weather was good. Response from staff when asked why amusements closed early was “I only work here “. Very dirty cabins, needs thorough removal of dirt around beds. Food wrappers between bunk mattresses and walls. Clogged bathroom sink drain. Screen door has large space under the screen for mosquitos to get in. Wi-fi in cabin doesn’t work. Had 2 technicians in first night, they couldn’t fix it and didn’t return. Rented 2 cabins and both were a disappointment.

Great cabin. Unfortunate that WITBIT is still not part of the overall package. Well laid out facility that is kid-friendly. Friendly staff.

The main concern is your sites, our site was K72. You are charging premium price (over $95) per site and the sites are not worth this. We had a hard time leveling our camper, there was too much slope requiring an excessive number of leveling blocks. Also, the sites looked very unkempt with no trimming around post and trees. If you charge this much per site, you need the sites to look the price.

There were very very few workers that had any answers for us. Most of them just told us that things were shut down when we inquired about certain activities. For instance- when we asked the front desk avout the obsticle course, they said they didnt think it was running. We saw it was running moments later. This happened on many occasions.Things were constantly shut down even when it didnt make sense. For instance- it was raining outside so tie-dying was shut down even though it was occuring inside. We were also told the Waterpark was shut down all day because it was lightening. I had to Google it to figure out that wasnt true that there was actually a half hour delay after lightening or thunder.I asked where they sold bait since there was a fishing area- i got sent to 4 different places. We (and many other family members we met) had no idea there was an app that told us when experiences were happening. This should be the first thing that is told to campers. Both hot tubs were shut down and it was a cold week. The showers were cold and straight up disgusting. One literally had poop everywhere. The bed was very comfy. We enjoyed our camping cabin however there was garbage and wrappers when you moved the bed which made me feel like it wasnt cleaned very well.

Overall, we had a great time. Campsite was clean, but the hookups were a little far away, which caused our 25ft hose and power cord to be too short so we had to get extensions. Bathrooms and showers were clean, outdoor theatre was great. Waterpark was also very fun. Employees did seem to not really know what was going on, but it wasn’t a huge deal. Park overall could use some updates, mini golf course was full of debris, playground is old. But enjoyable nonetheless.

Had a good time but a few things we noticed.A bad storm was approaching and EVERY employee we talked to either could not speak English or did not understand when asked where to go for safety. No one knew anything. Very poor training.Ice cream was very low amounts. 2 young men could not even explain when they would be refilled. So we left. When we arrived the grass was tall and needed mowing. They finally did on our last day. The Safari was closed every time we went there. The pools need some cleaning, especially the lazy River. The wave pool wasn’t working. It’s almost as if management doesn’t care to keep it in tip top condition. Not sure what the issues are.

We had a good time with the exception of events or amenities that closed early or were not held at all.Indoor Evening events were not held do to rain. We weren’t in any type of warning just rain. Would have been nice to have those activities for kids rather than sitting inside our cabins. We were told it was due to safety of campers that they were cancelled. No difference in being in cabins during rain than in buildings where events were scheduled. My grandkids stood in line for 15 minutes to get a pop during the dance when reaching the register they we told it was closed. The posted closing time was 9 pm this was at 8:45!! They were the last ones in line and refused service after waiting.

Everything was great. I wish they would have more activities for the kids. Also their grass was very long.
