Family trip with young children who were entertained the whole time. Grown up’s enjoyed it too.

We love this place. There are some things that could be improved though. The wave pool not working was a bummer. Would be awesome if the pond hoops were in a little shallower spot for people to enjoy. It’s too deep for small kids and hard to get around for even adults. My daughter and I were added to a family members reservation and only stayed one night but we were charged for 4 days. I think that’s kind of a rip off and with technology these days there’s no reason it couldn’t be adjusted to charge us just for the one day. Would be nice to see the golf cart rates lower especially when you pay for a day but don’t get it for a whole day. I understand you probably don’t want people returning the same time as pickup but if you pay for a day you should actually get it the whole day (24 hours).

Good overall, good facilities and amenities. Being rerouted to a different gate to check in was annoying and then having a published breakfast menu for the weekend from 8-10am and then not offering it was pretty frustrating as well. Facility is generally good, a bit older, but not outdated yet.

This was our 7th year returning to Jellystone, the same weekend in June. And quite honestly, it’s going downhill since the new owners took over 3 years ago as a RV user. You can tell the park had put money into new cabins and golf carts, but not much else. The wave pool motor was broken, so no waves. And there are so many leaks in the pools, the heaters can’t keep up with the cold water added to keep them full. Very cold pools. The mini golf is in great need of care as well, all the carpets are ripped and lack of cleaning leaves/debris. The bag for your buck, has really fallen off. At an average of $127/ni and the lack of functioning amenities for campers, just doesn’t make it worth going any more. For those kinds of prices, you’d expect resort quality, which the current Jellystone Warrens, just isn’t.

The cabin was very nice and there was a lot of great activities for the kids. The staff was not very welcoming and did not know many answers to our questions which was frustrating. We will return again but staff could use more customer service training

The cabin was nice and clean and my kids enjoyed the big slide. Other than that we were very disappointed. Neither the lazy river nor the wave pool worked. The adult hot tub was out of order, the water was full of debris. The mini golf course was filthy making it hard to play. The prices at the store were astronomical, every staff member I encountered had very unwelcoming attitudes, not a single smile. The golf cart prices were way too high. For 3 days and 1200$ this was absolutely not worth it and won’t be returning.

the park and cabin was great but the employees are so rude and unhelpful. they act like they are inconvenienced to do their job. i also think the resort fee should be included with the site rental and not an extra fee

The cabin we stayed in (Villa 2A) was big enough to accommodate our whole group. However, there is a very large patch of mold on the ceiling above the refrigerator. Not only is this a health code violation, it puts everyone at risk for serious illness. The other issue we encountered was that the big pool (with the wave pool and lazy river) clearly did not have a working filter system as there was debris floating all over in the water, and the wave part was not working. It would have been nice to know this prior or even at check in.
