There were a lot of great activities for our group to do throughout the weekend. We were a little disappointed with the cleanliness of our cabin.

We really love the stay in. Our cabin was just perfect for our family needs.

Wave pool was not working. Water in lazy river was gross and dirty, had napkins and bandaids floating in it. Went to outdoor movie theater and you could hardly see the picture on the screen. People serving ice cream were not very friendly.

We had a lot of fun. Only poor experiences: The lazy river was a little dirty and the “DJ” dance could be improved. It was typically just the computer playing shuffled songs. It played “Dirty Diana” by Michael Jackson all three nights that we stopped by… 3-6 year olds aren’t really the target audience for that song. I also want to make a suggestion about adding infant sizes with jellystone logos/characters to the gift shop. I would have bought more if you had sizes smaller than Youth Small.

The kids had a fantastic time, wish there wears more fun for the adults, like the adults hot tub or even a little bar area for adults. My kids are older and it would be nice to have a place to hang out when they are with all the other kids. Also the air conditioner didn’t have a filter in it and smelled weird. The grill on our fire pit was very bent and not usable. Thank goodness we brought our blackstone or idk how we would have cooked (cabin C11) the over all experience was truly great though, relaxing and a lots of sweet memories were made. It would be nice in the future to learn about closings such as the wave pool being closed and the adults hot tub prior to check in so I myself and the kids can avoid disappointment upon arrival.

Great facility and activities but there were about 2 employees who knew what was going on or what their job was. There was no communication. Employees didn’t have answers. Golf cart check out was delayed due to computer issues. Life guards were extremely rude and everyone seemed like they hated their job for working at a place where kids are, no one was kid friendly. A list of activities with our welcome packet would be helpful and make it clear what is included and what is extra cost

Fun park for the while family. Our campsite location was changed without notice to the opposite side of the park before we arrived and we had to ask for it to be switched back which they did and we appreciated but that was a bit of a juggle to manage in the beginning. The wave pool was broken and another guest said it has been broken since the last 3 times they went... all the rest was a great time for everyone!

Just a great all around experience!

Some good and bad. We enjoyed our time doing the water activities but everything other than that was a big letdown. No golf balls at mini golf, no attendant. No balls around the other activity areas, if we knew we would have brought our own. Check in being 4 o’clock with the waterpark closing at 6 was really sad because that was the only thing everyone enjoyed on our second day. Cabin was just a spot to place our things but at a ridiculous cost. Ended up paying $2000 for basically just a spot to eat and sleep. Most people in our group were complaining about cleanliness and decided it best to just be outside and only be inside to sleep. That being said getting charged $525 extra 10 minutes after check out with no heads up makes no sense since the place was barely clean when we got there. Dirty floors, mold by furnace, broken window blinds. Would have made a lot more sense to stay somewhere else and just buy a day pass for the waterpark. I emailed and am currently waiting on a response.

Kids had a great time. Staff a little ill prepared or aloof. Overall really fun. We will be back when our kiddos are tall enough for the watersides.
