The staff were all very helpful and contributed to an overall positive experience. We enjoyed the facilities and the grounds. The included mini golf and large water slides were a huge hit with our family.Two points of issue we had: The planned events were not what we anticipated. I would suggest listing more expectation notes in the activity description vs marketing notes to sell the event. The water wagon ride was a nightmare for my small children who kept getting blasted in the face. We didn't realize it would be close contact shooting. At other grounds, it's been staff on the ground or staff on the wagon driving around that facilitate the water event. The glow parade was moving so fast, we couldn't keep up. Our children ended up losing the parade and having to rejoin later. Another family, their children bad to ride on a strangers cart because they couldn't keep up and got lost.

Most staff were friendly enough but most the time they had no clue!! I called front desk a few different times and one time I asked if they rented kayaks or something when the pool opened for the day and they NEVER knew the answers to my simple questions, like ever. I’m like do u work here? It was weird. The whole place was somewhat unorganized, activities would be canceled due to rain and then you would get a notification of an activity that was happening soon, my family and I would venture out to the activity and nothing, no one was there and nothing was set up. And we were like that was a waste of our time, should have just stayed at the pool but I thought we would all love the slip n slide fun. Uff. Idk if we will be back. We usually go to Kamp dels in mn but we shall see. Overall we had a great time with bad weather. One day was sunny so that was good. Golf carts were a major win and helped out. Cabin was amazing (83K)

We were so excited to celebrate my kids birthday.We booked a morning birthday hello. Nobody showed once we got a hold of someone they said they didn’t offer it and didn’t know how we booked it. It’s on the upgrade your experience page.We had stayed for 4 nights but reinserted reservations. When we checked in we asked if we could just stay through the 4 nights since the second reservation was the exact same cabin we were told yes. But of course we had to pack up all of our belongings just for them to have the cabin ready in a couple hours. We waited in line for popcorn for 20 mins and got the window shut on us when it was our turn. I understand not having full staff but maybe cancel some of the activities.The one pool was heated which was very nice and the mosquitoes weren’t bad that’s about the only good thing. I wouldn’t spend all that money to be lied to multiple times. Plus it’s literally teenagers running the place maybe saw 2 adults working.

We really enjoy jellystone (lots of variety and nice that so many activities are included). Been coming for decades back when there was no lazy river ;)Recommendation for improvement: cabins- please add in hooks in bathrooms for towels!, maybe a ledge for toiletries, and hooks in bedroom for towels, clothing, purses/bags. Hooks for keys by front door.

We had a fantastic time. The activities were great, we were going non stop. Only reason for 4 stars- we went to buy ducks for the duck race and the employee has no idea where they were, finally done then and got it sorted out. Then we wanted to tye dye and the only sizes were M and L, neither of which would work for us, and we went to do the boomerang craft and all the sticks were gone 10 minutes in, both were disappointing. Everything else we did was great and the golf cart parade was a hoot.

Loved the activities. The cabin was stocked with necessities. Kind staff. Wonderful to have a place to create positive family memories.

Our family had a great experience and we’d love to come back! Wish the water was warmer and that there were a few more baby swings. Other than that, the campsite was wonderful.

So many fun things to do!

Very disappointed in the staff. We had several instances of issues, and was very disappointed in how it was handled. Very disappointing to walk in to the registration office and hear them talking negatively about me and my family
