Only issue I had was food situations I feel like it was not equipped for the amount of people it was almost a two hour wait for food, and when we showed up for Minnie donuts and popcorn they ran out when it’s advertised to kids and families it’s really hard to explain to children why those things that we are told are available are not ?

Very crowded, bathrooms needed TLC. Cabins were way too close to each other. However, beach and pool were nice.

I’ve been coming to Jellystone for years. Over that time, I’m glad Jellystone has added some attractions and things to do for the kiddos. One thing I would like to see significant improvement on is the customer service. There are a lot, A LOT of younger people working this establishment and I’m sure they have been great summer help, but it was a struggle to find a seasoned adult to talk to. I’d say about half of your younger staff was trained well on customer service and creating a pleasant customer experience—the other half, was honestly terrible. Rude, dismissive, and when asking questions about needing help for a missing item, it seems like a terrible inconvenience for me to leave my name and number if someone turned in my lost item. And yes—I did retrace my steps and checked the lost and found first.I would like see a different lineup of activities instead of the similar things day to day.The foam party was cute, but it did create very slippery footing and my youngest son slipped off the stage steps and hit his head. So , perhaps moving it just to the flat part of the activities area would be better.Could you invest in a large sun shade for over the jumping pillow? It becomes VERY hot during the day with the sun beating on that plastic.I’d also like to see the picnic water park area open past 6 pm.It has seemingly become rather expensive as well. We stayed only 4 nights and with all the other fees and costs, that costs $400+ so without the 50% off promo, we would probably to find somewhere else to camp.

The cabin was very cute and clean and overall had a pretty good time with my daughter camping. However we rented a golf cart for 2 nights. The 4 seater we wanted was unavailable for both nights, so we rented a 4 seater the first night and 6 seater for 2nd night. This was around 6pm we were told to bring the 4 seater back at 11am to "swap it out" for the 6 seater. After I waited in line to do so at 11am I was told I cannot pick up the golf cart to come back at 2... so we did not get a golf cart for the full 2 days as purchased and for $260 that is outrageous. Also several of the staff were just rude teenagers. The girl working the canteen cash register rolled her eyes and stated how hungry she was when we were ordering ice cream. Later that night we went to get popcorn and donuts for the movie. We waited in line a while and when we got up to our turn the girl said rudely " that was the last order before you, we closed at 9 and there's WAY too many people you can come back tomorrow." It was 9:03 and our last night. I did not know it closed at 9 there was no signage that I could see. I opted in for text messages about our stay and never got any. So we didn't know when and what things were going on. We also got accused of my daughter driving the golf cart while I was in the driver seat. I'm small but I'm 38 years old. It feels like either staff don't care or they are watching you to catch you doing something wrong. Not sure if we'll be back.

Not sure if my original post went through or it disappeared when I moved to the google post. Open to an all to discuss our disappointments.More than anything, teach the kids in the golf cart shack to have some manners.

In all the years my family has been coming to Jellystone, which has been since 1990. This is the first year I will leave a bad review. We were so disappointed in the service, the hospitality, and the cleanliness of the park in general. We had invited friends and raved about how wonderful everything is here only to look like liars the disappointment can not be verbally expressed.

I have been going to Jellystone Park my whole life. Now I’m bringing my kids. Then entire place seemed very ‘run down’. There were many things that needed to be fixed. The water park had so many things that were not working to start. The mini golf courses needed up keeping, the movies need a new bulb for projection, the tractor needed some fixing, in our cabin the entire shower needs to be replaced. It was gross with the black sludge/mold growing around the edges. Over time if the campground doesn’t get some tlc I will probably be looking for a new resort to bring my children so they can feel the magic I felt when I was their age.
