Disappointed in lack of response and follow up from the office/maintenance. Our TV didn’t work, we notified someone, maintenance came to look at it and said it didn’t work and that he would notify someone. Nothing happened after that. We went to mention that at the front office, staff members said someone would call us about swapping out a tv or possible some money back because it was a very rainy few days and we wanted a tv for our children. No response ever received. Staff don’t know what is going on- there was a storm and when we asked where we would go if there was bad weather, no staff member could tell us. That seems 101 for staff to know. Very disappointing stay. The place could use a lot of work and repairs which don’t seem to be happening. Staff are not helpful. The cabin wasn’t super clean- black hair on the floor that wasn’t ours, garage left in the bottom of the trash can.

Weather wasn't great, but we still had a blast! The staff, especially at the rec center were so kind and helpful. They helped us with tye dying and it really made my kids (and me) very happy. The gal in charge really cares about the customer's experience and it shows!

Overall we had a great time and it is a great place! The staff were all very uncertain and were not able to answer most of our questions. I think that was fair with it being the beginning of the season but also they didn’t offer to figure out the answers. Also there were a few problems like the tv in the cabin not working and the cabin leaking and they were not addressed. It was also a bummer that when it rained the more indoor type activities were closed like bingo and tye dye.

Cabin was nice. It was a little dirty in some spots but overall happy with it. Loved the amount of activities available. Was a little shocked in the price to rent a golf cart and was almost necessary with distance from activities with little kids but didn’t leave any room for other spending.

We are currently staying at Jellystone in Warrens, WI (June 8–11, 2026), and after 12 years of visiting, this will most likely be our last trip.Unfortunately, the experience has declined significantly. One of the biggest challenges has been communication. Many of the staff members speak very little English, making it difficult to ask questions or get assistance. Yesterday, I requested to speak with a manager and was directed to Maggie at the front desk. When Maggie was unavailable, I was sent to the golf cart shack to speak with Josh, who also was not working. When I asked who was making decisions that day, I was told Travis. However, at 11:30 a.m., staff said he was not there yet and they did not know when he would arrive.Beyond the customer service concerns, many of the amenities and operations that made this campground special seem to be disappearing. The pools/hot tub are dirty with floating hair and debris, hot tub was cold and eventually was shut down and ripped off, scheduled events have changed without notice, the mini donuts for the movie are no longer available, candy bar bingo was replaced with moonlight bingo, our golf cart was ready at 11am but could not be picked up until 2:00 p.m., and there are no outside ice cream or food stations open in the pool area although the buildings are there. The train ride broke down while we were on it. The conductor said he’s been asking management to fix it with no luck. Our cabin was filled with cobwebs and the bunks weren’t made. I asked house keeping if they could give me a fitted sheet and she told me the matress is protected and we can sleep on that. It was a plastic matress. There was no dish soap and random things in the cupboard to cook with including a large plastic lid with no container to fit it. No sheet pan to use for the oven. The campground feels unusually quiet and lacks the energy and activities that families have come to expect over the years. We have made many wonderful memories here over the past 12 years, which makes it especially disappointing to see the overall experience decline. We hope management takes these concerns seriously and works to restore the quality and family atmosphere that once made Jellystone Warrens such a special destination.

We have been coming for 20 years and this was our worst experience. The cabin was not clean, the bucket does not work at the kiddie pool, there is no food open in the pool area, the wave pool wasn’t working, for this early in the season the lazy river was full of bugs, leaves, dirt, etc. Costs to visit the park are getting higher and higher, yet our experiences have been worse and worse. We can’t control the weather, but you can control the cleanliness and working conditions of the equipment on the facilities that we pay a lot to use.

This was our first time camping as a family. We are soo happy to pick Jellystone Park in Warrens. Over all we had a great experience. The weather wasn’t the greatest but we had other activities to do that kept us dry when it did rain. Food service was on the slower side or not tell us they were out of something until after we placed our order. Our children are already making plans for our next visit!

Wave pool out of service. Big waterpark closes at 6pm. No arcade or anything to do after 8pm. If it rains there is absolutely nothing to do. Ran by teens with terrible attitudes and zero knowledge. Never again.

My only suggestion would be to have the sites mowed down and weed wiped a little better. The grass on our site was a little long and around the fire pit and water hook ups it was very tall. Otherwise it was a great trip and lots of memories made!
