Our first visit to this campground didn’t go as smoothly as we hoped. When we arrived at 6pm, the gate was locked and we had never been given a code or informed that one was required. Clear communication—especially for first‑time guests—would have prevented a lot of confusion.The campground itself is large, but the bathrooms and shower houses are only centrally located near the pool or cabins. This made accessing them inconvenient from most campsites. Additionally, the facilities were not cleaned or stocked as regularly as they should have been.With better communication and more consistent maintenance, this could be a much more enjoyable place to stay.

Unfortunately we didn’t even get around to doing everything because there was SO much for the kids to do! We can’t wait to go back!!

All was very good except the sink faucet, drain in bathroom was leaking pretty bad so we were unable to use that sink!!! I would highly appreciate being compensated for that issue.

We enjoyed our time there with our grown children and grandchildren. We’ve stayed many times over the years with our children but has been more than 10 years. Weather was perfect but we should’ve gotten a bigger cabin although the location was perfect and our 3.5 year old grandson really enjoyed the little playground nearby.Our cabin was 23F and a couple things that should be addressed or fixed.1. The door sometimes would lock without us manually doing so. We went to the office to get another key but you don’t give out extras so we had to wait for housekeeping which fortunately didn’t take long. We ended up leaving the key in the lock so we wouldn’t have this happen again which obviously is not ideal.2. The ceiling fan in the main area sounds like it’s about to take off (very loud) so we couldn’t use it.Thank you,Karen

We understand the park is understaffed. We visit every other year. As a family, we appreciate that the park has evolved & has updated some facilities. However, the adult hot tub was drained & not in use. The wave pool was never running while we there. The staff didn’t seem very welcoming. I myself you led up garbage around the park & even cleaned up restrooms in the cabin camping area. Again, we absolutely understand that being short staffed can be a big part of this. Hopefully the park is able to be functioning back to the pre-covid form that we’ve previously enjoyed

Went to order food waited over 1 hr and found out the order was never placed . Spent 53 dollars and only could give me was a coupon for a 12inch 1 topping pizza . Stopped to get the pizza and told nobody was there to make it Bought some sweatshirts and asked for manager to see if I could get a discount said the manager wasn't there Very disappointed 😕

Great and friendly place for kids camping and activities but check in and out times for camping sites should be more flexible as there is not any cleanup for staff and we are paying for full day so should get to come earlier than 4pm and not have to checkout so early at 11am, time and money is not fair here. Same goes for golf cart rental not check it out until 2pm and return by 11am just not fair, times should be same check in check out. And if not getting a full day should not be charged a full day, so if you don't check in until 4pm when half the day is over, that's not fair to pay for a full day, should be half day or prorated. Otherwise awesome great fun, thanks!

We had a great time with our grandchildren. Check in was easy, golf cart rental was smooth, the entire staff at the Warrens Yogi were very friendly!!

The main facilities and buildings were well maintained and clean, unfortunately the tent site we were originally booked for was not cared for and had high grass and weeds, the front office staff was kind enough to move to another site, which initially looked better but overall the sits in the areas in 5T are poorly maintained and didn’t meet the expectation of a well groomed tent site. It was clear there were was no attempt to even do some basic raking or debris pick up. This made the trails hard to navigate, hard to find a spot for the tent, we had to clean out the fire pit. For the cost it was dissatisfying

Our kiddo had a great time and was entertained throughout the weekend. We rented a six-person cabin, which was clean and kept us dry despite the rainy weather.Unfortunately, there were several issues that impacted our stay. Due to heavy rain, a large washout developed right in front of the cabin deck. To access the deck, you had to step over it, and after dark, several people rolled their ankles because it was difficult to see. Additionally, water from surrounding campsites drained directly into our site, causing significant flooding. At times, the area around our cabin was so flooded that we were essentially stuck inside.We were also disappointed with the customer service. Many staff members seemed more focused on conversations with coworkers than helping guests. Whenever we went to purchase something, it often felt like we were interrupting them.We ordered from the Pic-A-Nic Basket several times. One meal included milk, which we had already paid for, but the drink was forgotten. When we brought it to their attention, we were told milk didn’t come with the meal and our child was simply given water instead.We also ordered pizza for our group and, while waiting, watched multiple guests return to the counter because their orders were incorrect or missing drinks. One family was so frustrated after repeated issues that they chose not to go back to correct their order again and simply dealt with what they received.Considering the high cost of staying at this campground, the level of service did not match the price.We also paid extra for the WiBit, which is not included with your stay. When booking, only one time slot was available, so we selected it for our children. That session was extremely crowded, with adults and small children all using it at the same time, which made many parents understandably nervous. Later that day, we drove by and noticed another session with very few people on it, but that time had never been offered as an available option when we booked.Overall, while our child had fun and the cabin itself was nice, the flooding issues, poor customer service, frequent order mistakes, and overcrowded activities left us disappointed. Unfortunately, we don’t see ourselves returning anytime soon.
