Great place to bring the kids. Lots of activities. Good campground and facilities. Only complaint was check-in was a little awkward but it was early in the season and I think that they had a lot of new people which I’d expect with a Seasonal business.

Awesome place, great atmosphere, and tons to do!

Kids had a blast! The Wibit we were told wasn’t very deep and our 5 year old would be able to manage it. But she ended getting stuck making her very scared and needed help getting back on. Lifeguard just stood there while we had to run and get another ticket for us to go out and save her. Only other minor issue we had was our WiFi didn’t work very great at the cabin. Called maintenance both nights for it to be fixed.

The park and everything was wonderful. We did have a lot of issues with the knowledge that the staff had to various issues especially at check in, false information we were given about our golf cart, and information about add ons.

We absolutely loved our stay. When we first got there, our site had wonky hook ups so they switched us no problem. It was disappointing that the golf carts couldn’t be picked up until 2pm. So we paid for a day and only got it for less than half a day. Wish check out was earlier.The stay itself was good! I do wish there was more easily available info about activities, locations, open/close times etc.

Fun weekend with lots of activities for the entire family

Our Cabin we rented was not very clean, lots of dust build up, air problems which were resolved, door knob almost falling of also resolved. Although we started out rough we did enjoy our time there. We would have loved to see some events with the bears last the whole time frame we missed them every time coming from the other end of the park. Some events like wagon rides were very packed having a child with sensory issues would be nice to see multiple of these events so each child could experience. As a single mother was difficult to coordinate golf cart pick up and return would be nice to consider allowing for those doing this the opportunity to have picked up and dropped off at their site

It was good but employees couldn't answer simple questions. They would say "I don't know" instead of finding out the information. More places should post activities (and stick to the times) instead of using an app which people are there to "unplug."

Happy everything was working (except wave pool). Loved the heated upper pools! Mini-golf course did not appear to be very well maintained-rocks, dirt, twigs, leaves all over course. Kids were bummed slides were closed a lot of Sunday. Other than that, enjoyed the amenities and our vacation.

We had the best time! We’ve been coming to Jellystone for years and love it so much! We had a blast at the beach, going down water slides and at the water park! So fun!
