Best place ever!!!!

We absolutely loved it. The only problem we had was that in bathhouse 4 there is no hot water. We checked it multiple times of the day and even overnight. The women’s bathroom had all freezing cold water the entire time and we had to go to bathhouse 2 to take a shower.

Have visited this park/campground many times in the past. I am now almost 40 and a father of two. I have been coming since I was a child with family. I now bring my kids yearly to enjoy the park and a weekend getaway.The quality of the park has sadly gone down a bit. We have noticed things in the past few years slowly degrading without repairs. Usually, we just enjoy the nostalgia and would not leave a review, but our last weekend was a bit of a letdown. The cabin was not the cleanliest, however we are camping. Our highlight of mini golf was a letdown due to the course conditions. The pool had features closed our first day on site that was not previously noted. Sadly, the biggest issue, we look forward to going down for the Yogi cartoons every night. Third year out of the last four we have stayed in cabins and visited. And only one night we were actually able to see "most" of the display. Most of the time the projector is off and not visible and there is no employee to help. The cartoons also start too early where the daylight prevents them from being scene. We watched multiple families get up and leave shaking their heads. Sadly, we are starting to feel accustomed to this. You would think that the price of the sites and the increased I have experienced as a customer over the years in fees and dues, maintenance of a mini golf course, pool and theater would be regularly upkept. My children keep us coming back at this point. We still make the memories, but we are beginning to wonder if we could be doing this elsewhere. I would like to hope not.

Nothing was open really son wanted the big splash pad it was never open when we could go cuz we went to a memorial. Mini golf didn’t open til the day we had to go and so did the water stuff finally open when we leave. I paid the extra to stay here and was disappointed

We went to a few activities and when we got there no one was around and were told it was canceled. Went to see the bears and by 305 they had already left. Cabin was still a bit dirty. Several staff acted like they didnt know how to speak english and didnt know where to direct us. Upon arrival I said we had seven guests, paid for 7 yet only got 2 wrist bands.

My family had a good time but there definitely is need for improvement. When we first arrived pulling in, my husband told the person at the booth we were there to check in. She responded with, what for? We were just like for our stay. She then said oh then let us in. My cabins ac couldn't get cooler than 76 degrees, cabin was dirty, toilet had scuff marks on it so when you sat on it it was rough and scratchy, shower door looks like it has black mold on it, nails sticking out all over the deck and screened in porch area that it actually snagged one of my towels, one of the blinds didn't come down all the way so I had to use a bedsheet to cover the window. Cooks at the pic-a-nik basket took almost an hour to make a pizza because they messed up the first one, when we finally got our pizza it had very little cheese on it to the point the toppings were falling off. Pizza was mostly crust. My husband, our son, my husband's friend and his daughter went to do Lazer tag and the Lazer tag guns didn't work so they used orbeez ones instead. There definitely needs improvement in customer service, better training, cabins need updating. I also have photos for proof. We spend hundreds of dollars here, would like to get what we pay for. Other than these things, we did have fun.

We visited for the first time in probably 15 years for our son’s second birthday. We had a great time, and we were very impressed with all of the activities they had going on even in the middle of the week. We look forward to making this an annual vacation spot for our growing family!

Nice cabin, warm pool.

The cabin was clean & for the most part comfortable. There were a few things that should’ve been fixed however. The kitchen air conditioner didn’t work, several blinds were broken, the kitchen table was too small & very wobbly & the side table in the bedroom was missing a leg so it had been propped up against the corner of the walls. The activities were also fun for the kids. The pool water was very cold but otherwise clean. During my children’s Wibit fun, another couple, my husband & I tried to sit on the back of the golf carts. A male attendant rudely told us we weren’t allowed to sit there without offering another place for us to go. I suggest adding a bench or two there, closer to the entrance gate of the Wibit. The rest of the workers were very polite. Overall we had a great stay & would go again.

Really fun, bummed the water park wasn’t fully open during our stay and water was very cold, but the other pool was warm and fun
