Really fun, bummed the water park wasn’t fully open during our stay and water was very cold, but the other pool was warm and fun

Our cabin was nice, my kids love the bears (wish they were out and about more). There were many things not open- one of the golf courses (one that was open needed some maintenance attention), wave pool/lazy river wasn’t open one of the days, slide by the store pools wasn’t open. It is a lot of money to spend and disappointing when everything isn’t open.

The cabin was not cleaned before we enjoyed it. I'm disappointed but wanted to get straight to the fun so I didn't go complain. Everything we did amenities wise was great!

Good--Cabin was nice. Park was pretty. Bad-- Staff was clueless as to schedules. Didn't know if slide was open. Gave inaccurate info. Didn't know when hey hey was. Or train ride. One employee said coffee store was closed til next week, only to find out it was open. The App was inaccurate showing snack area was open at times it was closed. The menu showed food that wasn't available--kids burger. Then inside it said pizza but it also wasn't available. Kid was picking his nose while working the register. The splash area needs to be cleaned, painted, maintained. It was in horrible shape with rust and algae. Leaves were clogging intakes. Vaseline bottle floating in the water. The water sprinkle mushroom and palm trees were completely clogged. Disgusting condition and needs to be shut down. I was incredibly disappointed and will never return.

We did not have great experience as we had to switch cabins due to our first cabin being dirty, and not cleaned and not notified that this was the case until after we had loaded everything in the cabin with that being sad that my kids had to miss some of the activities and we’re not able to participate Friday evening. The staff were accommodating and the fact that they stated that they would reimburse us a one night of our cabins stay and that they would gift us a golf cart for the weekend. We are still waiting on the reimbursement for the cabin night stay and since Sunday, I have been in contact with your office in Warren Wisconsin for three or four days due to them, adding balances on my account my first balance was added due to them, switching our cabins which I had expressed that I did not feel that was appropriate as that was an inconvenience on us so they had taken off the $35 off of my bill and now I am charged $70 with no explanation of that charge and no call back yet from a manager or staff to reimburse that money back and we did never get a reimbursement for the one night stay for our cabin. I am hoping that they can get their management and organization skills in order so that no other family has to deal with this when it was supposed to be an enjoyable weekend with my family.

Our experience was not great, and unfortunately, we had booked a site and a cabin with my parents to spend time with the grandkids and the first night was wasted by trying to figure out which cabin we were going to, and we had to move all of our items from one cabin to the next cabin because they had put us in a cabin that had not been cleaned yet granite we had already had everything in the cabin before we got notified that we had to move we had to miss some of the activities Friday evening due to this the staff were able to let us know. They would reimburse us one night for the cabin, which we are still waiting on that reimbursement and that they would Grant us a golf cart for the weekend. Come Sunday morning. I have a bill in my account for $35 I called and asked what that was for and they had stated that they would take that off. That was part of the booking a new site and then I wake up Monday morning to a $70 bill which I called about and they had told me they were going to take that off of my bill and they never did. They took $70 additional out of my bank account without my authorization. I am still waiting on a callback from a manager to get reimbursed the $70 and one night stay I am very disappointed on how this is handled and that I have had to call several and multiple times over the last few days to get this figured out.

The family all had a blast, Jellystone is a nostalgic place to visit for us, but i was very verry disappointed to see how run down it was. No one was leading the charge, nothing was taken care of, half of it wasn't even open and everyone you asked had a different answer. The place was simply just dirty and not cared for and it was tough to see. I hope they get it taken care of, but even having booked a discounted stay with two cabins and a camper site, I still feel like a got ripped off!

Great time! Some of the water activities weren’t open but I guess it’s early in the season. Playgrounds and everything else was wonderful. Cabin was well suited too.
