When we arrived the check in process was smooth and friendly. When we found our campsite (which the map is 100% significantly inaccurate) it was completely covered in large branches, sticks and leaves. I understand it's camping but you would think it would have been at least a little cleared up especially on the tent pad.We also immediately found there was no power from the supplied outlet which I will say was quickly addressed so not a big issue. The lazy river and wave pool were never once opened for use during our 5 day visit even though they were "running". The large water slide was only opened for a few hours on 2 of the 5 days same as the 6 slide racing slide. The children's swim area around the picnic basket Waterpark area was really really dirty. The mini gold also only had one side opened during the whole visit. The only bright side was every employee we encountered was friendly and great to deal with! All in all it was a fun trip with the family/kiddo's but for the money paid to "tent camp" it would have been nice to actually use all the amenities/pools etc.

We were really looking forward to this visit. It was our first time and we were significantly left down. Our cabin had zero hot water and the toilet was almost completely coming off the floor. The flooring in the cabin was separated everywhere. The lazy river and wave pool were not open. Had we known that we would NOT have come that weekend. Would have rescheduled for a weekend it would be open. The wet wagon ride was cancelled, one thing we were actually looking forward to with the wave pool and lazy river being closed. It was one thing after another. Any time we had a question and asked a worker nobody seemed to have an answer regarding anything to do with the park. Very very disappointing visit!

The trip was fun overall. But the cabin was not clean (very dusty). Every crevice was grimy. But main areas/things were clean enough. I do wish it was not so expensive for what we ended up getting from the cabin. But I wanted to enjoy my time. Not complain about it while I was there.

Terrible!! The staff hired had no direction of what the “new limited hours” of the facility was such as the wave pool being closed with the lazy river. We checked into our reservation site and were given zero feedback such as how to locate our campsite. The nice older gentleman driving the train stopped his rounds with a full train and directed us to our location. It was D55 so the highlighted map said to leave the park and go into it from the back. This made no sense when the park only lets you exit from the back and we were at the front checking in. This set the stage as a terrible first impression. The staff had limited English and didn’t know what was occurring at what schedule. The pond with the inflatables only had access at 1:00 and 2:00. Posted in the flyer was 11am-5 pm. We won’t be returning to this location ever.

Disappointed some amenities were closed when we got there. The wibit, lazy river, wave pool and slides.

It was a fun experience EXCEPT the wave pool, lazy river and the wibit was closed the entire weekend. Adults and kids were very bummed out.

We had a good experience for the first time with our kids. Joined the yogi rewards club and kids were able to pick a prize for their birthdays and we signed up for a birthday visit from yogi which the loved. We were a little bummed the water park was not fully open during our stay.

The pool areas hardly open, the beds were very still and someone cut the Internet cable late at night where maintenance man had to fix it. Was a horrible experience

We as a family had a blast coming back to the nostalgic Jellystone from our childhood vacations! It was however disappointing to see the lack of things open and accessible for use. We were also sad to see the lack of care the premises appeared to have in the last few years. Nothing was cared for, the kids Waterpark not only looked but even smelled disgusting it was so filthy. Overall there didn't seem to be anyone in charge and there were very few employees that took pride in making sure guests were enjoying their experience. I hoped for a lot more, but made sure to enjoy the experience nonetheless!
