Enjoyed our visit- the price of some of the fees is getting to be a lot. I am over 65 and we didn’t even walk into the park but yet we have to pay 10.00 per day/ ever day for the length of our stay. And I have to pay 35.00 to pick a site which I don’t understand.. we went side by side riding every day so we don’t use the waterpark, golf course or any of the amenities. I feel you should have someone at the gate if they don’t have a wristband they don’t get in and don’t charge everybody that extra $10 a day.

Great cabin experience, but very poor guest experience overall. The event calendar was not as advertised, we showed up to events right on time and they were coming to an end or didn’t take place at all. Over half of the accommodations were either closed or had awful hours (11:30-1:30 for waterpark after we had to ask for someone to open it). It’s different when an adult is let down, but when young kids feelings are involved it is unacceptable

The water was too cold to swim, the lazy river and wave pool weren’t working Friday or Saturday, I asked several times about rewards and nobody knew anything until late Saturday night I finally found someone who told me to keep receipts but I had already spent a bunch that I didn’t have receipts for. Lazer tag with orbies gave my kids welts. They didn’t have the stuff to make smoothies. We were given an hour of free wibits but I feel that that wasn’t enough.

Disappointed that the lazy river and wave pool was closed. They said the wibit was available for the inconvenience however it was only open for like 2 hours. Also the hot tub stopped working Saturday. The bathhouse shower had zero heat as well.

I'm writing to share some concerns about my stay at Jellystone Park this past weekend. Before booking, I called and specifically confirmed that the waterpark would be open during our visit, which was a major factor in choosing your park for our trip.Upon arrival, however, we found that the wave pool, kids' splash pad, and lazy river were all closed, along with the adult hot tubs. When I have a 7 and 8 year old, this is what they were looking forward to. These were the core amenities we came for, and losing access to all of them significantly impacted our family's experience.Additionally, our arrival itself was unsettling, the electrical pedestal at our site had no power. After contacting maintenance, we were told a new meter had recently been installed and the upstream breaker had simply not been flipped back on. Not the welcome we were hoping for after a long drive. We spent over $1,000 for this three-day weekend with the expectation that the advertised and confirmed amenities would be available. Given the circumstances, I'd like to request a partial refund to reflect the amenities we were unable to access.I appreciate your time and look forward to hearing back from you.

Very family friendly, helpful staff and clean campground. The train car driver was awesome and does a fantastic job.
