You need to update the screen for your movies.tubes for the lazy river were flat.Wave pool was not working.

The first day the kids area, the bathrooms and the hot tub were all closed. The wave pool was down our entire visit which was disappointing. Everything else was great. The family had a lot of fun.

We had some issues with the staff not willing to help upon check in. They did not seem happy to be working. Our cabin was for the most part clean which was great and stocked with what we needed. The wave pool was broken, hot tubs were mainly out of use, part of the wibit was deflated, quite a few tubes for the lazy river were also deflated. SomeOf the kids were also disappointed that Yogi didn’t even attend his own birthday party. I think there could have been something mentioned in the description. The price of staying is high and would expect the amenities would match that. Improvements at the park are definitely needed.

I always love staying at Jellystone. The only reason I did not give 5 stars was due to not having WiFi the entire stay and the waterslides being closed for an entire day. But, other than that it is always a pleasure.

Lots of fun stuff but the grounds and equipment looked run down and not well cared for. No bathrooms on swimming areas. Liked the park just hope it gets kept up.

We had fun, but were disappointed the wave pool was not working at all and the kids waterpark area was shut down the last day we were thereAlso our cabin was not very clean when we got in there and one burner on the stovetop did not work

Loved the warm pools! Loved Lazy River! The restaurant and store. Love renting a golf cart. Did NOT love someone else’s potato chips along the channel of the twin bunk! Your cleaning crew missed them! Give your people a mini vac so they can vacuum up dw is left by others and spider webs in cabins!!!!
