We had a great time. We have not been there in 20 years. Wow what a difference. Plenty for the kids to do.

Loved it but sure wish we would have known the wave pool was down. Would be great if campfire pits had an area of flat ground around them for rocking chairs.

We came in on a Tuesday night and left on Sunday morning. Check-in was very, very easy and efficient. Our campsite area was very clean and the pools were clean. We went to the mini golf, but we’re a little frustrated with how much debris was on the course. It would have been nice if they could have swept or blown each hole to clear off all of the debris. For the basic four seater golf cart it was a little spending but necessary with having two little ones. The only other thing that I would maybe have enforced a little more was some of the yards of the permanent sites looked overgrown and made it very easy to see which site was a permanent site and which site was maintained by Jellystone staff. We participated in the tie-dye activity with two of our kids. While my family had an OK experience with the young man that helped us, my brother did not have as great of an experience. The girl that was working at the time they did the activity was incredibly rude towards him and his family. He had to tell her to stop her behavior.Other than those few blips, our experience was really great and we were able to spend a lot of time together as a family. I would hope to bring my family back someday.

We had gone to Jellystone Warrens for many years in a row when the kids were young. We always had a group of 5-10 families with young children and made great memories. We have not gone for 6 years and our kids are all now age 18- 23 and our large group of families made the trip again this year to re-live our great memories. We were excited to see the new additions such as the race slides, golf cart rental area and inflatables. However, were disappointed in the overall maintenance of the facilities. In the lazy river we floated along with dead insects and foliage debris, the putt putt golf area has not had any attention with old leaves and plant debris along all sides of greens- obviously not even freshened up for the 2026 season. The Coffee Shop was a great addition, but perhaps the carpet still covered in crafting paint and stains could have been replaced. It was disappointing to see the wave pool not running all weekend, lifeguard stands that appear to be collapsing and weeds, weeds and more weeds lining the landscape around the waterpark area.Again, we had a great weekend and created even more great memories at Jellystone. However, it is disappointing to see the lack in attention given to the maintenance of the campground.

It was a lot of fun and the waterpark area was great. Wibits and the DJ bandstand were a huge hit. I wish there was slightly more time spent preparing the cabin as the top bunks were unable to be used due to the amount of bugs and spiders in all the corners. A quick shop vacuum over the corners of the cabin would make a huge difference.

6 of us(4 adults & 2kids) stayed in a “medium” sized cabin. The pictures did not do it justice for how small it really was considering how expensive it was. It wouldn’t be so bad if daily fees per person were not additionally added on per day. There was no one to answer questions on the phone when we got there, only one set of keys & mold in the coffee pot(we tried to contact someone about the mold but no one responded). Some of the splash pad was outdated & not working. Additionally, the printed activities for the day were not updated.

We love Jellystone. The activities are great and our kids love everything! My husband and I would appreciate less golf cart and sometimes bathrooms and sites could use some additional cleaning. We were also disappointed in the wave pool being out of order while we were there.

Great campground- my only complaint was that our cabin door would lock everytime we would walk out. Always had to have keys in door. My one year old and I were also locked in for 25 min because the key wouldn’t even work from the outside at one point. Cabin C8 needs different locks or keys so this doesn’t happen to the next person.
