There was no wave pool when we were there. The cabins could use a good pressure washing on the decks and front of the cabin.

Like the new golf cart options. Our only complaint is the top bunk in the cabin has mattresses that are way too thick. They are unusable. Our kids used the bottom bunk and the futon. This happened with our rancher cabin last year, too. Please consider replacing the top bunk mattresses with something shorter or put a higher guard rail on the bed to prevent falling from the top bunk.

Sadly, the wave pool was broken the whole time we were there and then the hot tub and bathrooms were out of order. Water fountain in the main pool area also not working.Bathrooms near the 6 person camper cabins were clean and always had toilet paper. Win.I had an issue with my lemonade at the pic-a-nic basket and the gentleman working in the kitchen was very accommodating, polite, and gave me an extra drink while I waited for him to fix it.Love the coffee shop!The pool was nice and warm.

This year was very disappointing (went in July 2026). LOTS of things broken throughout the stay (hot tub, kid zone, wave pool, etc) places not staffed so the amenities weren't as promised or like years previous that we went. It was also not very clean this year.Last year we had a place. Wish it was ran better this summer. Due to this we are looking at other places for next summers stay.

Always love it here. Loved pickle ball. Kids love all the water activities including the pond volleyball. Loved having more evening activities like Tricia and candy bar bingo.Was a little disappointed in wave pool not working but more so because I think it was connected to the filter which made lazy river really dirty.Cabin was clean but many blinds didn’t work or were missing. Not a huge deal except we were by the bright light for pickle ball.Also might want another pickle ball court! It was busy a LOT with people waiting !

Kids had a lot of fun, but the campground could benefit from some better, more consistent signage of times of activities. For example, the water zone on the app says it is open 10-7, but it closed at 6 every night. Also, the train time varied. It would be awesome if there was something at the train stop saying "runs today from this time to this time." Otherwise we had a great time.

Swim picnic splash area needs updated it is extremely warn down and so is theater. Wave pool not working, train was nice and so was operator, ice cream shop sells candy but you cant checkout there, cabin was clean bu5 doors locking and no6 locking or shutting was a pain. I finally hid keys outside. Cabin was nice and did what was needed. Laid back atmosphere was good. Clearly not enough staff. Never seen yogi except 2x driving in a golf cart.

Overall we had a lot of fun. When we had questions the staff members were not helpful in answering them which was frustrating.

I rented a tent site and there was no water. There was no posted times on anything to know when the pool was going to open or close. Then on Saturday they decided to close the pool and slides early with no notification as to why or when they were going to close. Then when my daughter went down the thrill seeker slide she got stuck at the top and the lifeguards were laughing at a 6 yr old being stuck and terrified, my husband had to yell at them and tell them to go get her. This experience was awful the whole time!!!

Have things working and don't nickel and dime you for everything. You have coupons on your website like stay so many nights and get so much off but no one in the office know about them.Clean up weeds by bathroom by wave pool, looks pretty bad. You pay a pretty price to stay there and by wave pool it's looking pretty tacky. It's time to fix things.
