This is the fourth time you have requested a review of my stay. I filled out reviews the second and third time you requested them. Having me repeat it again isn’t going to get you a better review. Our experience was horribly disappointing, especially for the price.

Overall, the stay was great. The only thing that might need to be looked at is ensuring there is enough life jacket sizes. We were told there wasn’t any smaller life jackets so we should go at a different time when a different time didn’t work for us to do so.

Very kid friendly and well put together place, enjoyed the relax feeling and yet having many options of things to do!

We had multiple issues during our stay, which resort staff were not interested in hearing about our problems or trying to resolve them.

The wibit course and yellow and blue tall slide and heated pool were great. We did not use the other pool area much due to it being colder water. There was a lot of trash in the mini golf area and on the ground around our cabin. Our cabin was nice however, the back picnic table could be updated as well on the deck.

Loved our time again!

Fix the showers, they are cold ( the ones in water park area and the ones by the gift shop). Fix the adult hot tub and the wave pool.

Everything was great, but we didn’t love someone mowing at 5:15 am. I get that it was hot but that seemed a little excessive in my opinion.

I wish you would fix the kids area it is looking pretty used a lot of the animals do not spray out water anymore . The wave pool was broken the whole week we were there for our trip it was a disappointment . Your staff need to watch closer on the blue slide our grandson almost got hit at the bottom some one come to close . That’s a safety concern

Cabin was pretty dated but with the exception of the coffee pot it was pretty clean. Used lots of duct tape to seal all the tears in the screened porch. Couldn't use the fridge door for storage due to missing parts. Wifi is non existent unless you're by the office. With the exception of the broken wave pool pools and amenities were fine. Always something going on for the kids. Check in/out was smooth.
