The reason I gave one star was because there was an issue with one of the other sites that were in our group, but I ended up paying the price for whatever happened, and I found that that was very unfair because the fact that I paid for my own site. I was not in their site. I had my own site and they wouldn’t let me Rent a go golf because the fact that the other side did not follow the rules and their go cart was taken and because of that I was not able to get my own. I have Disability I have knee surgery and I really couldn’t walk and I left the camp very sore because I ended up having to walk to the showers and everything so again I thought that was very unfair for me to have not been able to rent a cart if I had my own site, I was not in the group site That had go golf taken away. This is not the first year. We came out here h we’ve been out here couple times around this season and now I don’t know if I will be returning. I felt like maybe because I was Hispanic because there was others that had minors driving, but they didn’t really care about that. they were just concerned about the other group so again like I keep saying, it was very unfair for me to have had to go home with slots of pain

I first came when I was a teen, almost 25 years ago. It’s been fun to see improvements, but I miss the soft serve!!!

Really starting to deteriorate. Lots of this park is pretty run down these days. Wave pool not working? You should literally offer a discount for that. Or at least provide a disclaimer. Huge buzzkill. And I get it, it’s camping, but (usable) wifi shouldn’t be too much to ask for. These are young families. It’s just not that hard to do. And with how much we’re paying to come here, fully functioning water features and wifi should be a given. Golf carts are also crazy expensive for how worn down they are. We likely won’t be continuing our yearly trips here if there are no plans for improvements coming. Pretty disappointing.

This was our 11th year coming. Some improvements, some disappointments. Love included linens in yogi cabins. Love all the features- the kids never get bored. Disappointed about wave pool not working which also must’ve been the filter system for lazy river- that was gross. Mini golf is fun but a leaf blower every night might help? Liked having more night activities like trivia and candy bar bingo. Consider another pickle ball court! It was anlways busy!!!! Great andd. Overall always happy.

We had a fun time but felt like there could use some updating. The Safari ride specifically had zero engagement throughout the woods which was disappointing since it was an extra charge. Was also disappointed that WiFi was advertised and we were never able to connect/utilize while we were there. Mini golf seemed overgrown and forgotten about and the timeframe for renting golf carts vs the cost was inconvenient and quite expensive.

Despite rain we had a pretty fun time with family. The place is pretty crowded and roads are a hazard between trucks, cars, golf carts, people bikes and other e things. Our bath house#5 was kind of gross. Poop all over one of the toilets one day, I forgot my soap and 2 days later it was still on the floor of the shower. The push button water was scalding or freezing. Disappointed in no fireworks, people were using them in the park anyway and in surrounding areas, so in theory fire works free doesn't work. The golf cart parade didn't go by! Dirty screen porch on my daughter's cabin. Best thing about the park is the abundance of activities for the kids.

We loved out 4th of July stay at Warrens Jellystone! The campground itself is massive and beautiful with many mature trees, which we always enjoy. The lazy river was quite cold & the wave pool was not in operation, which was disappointing - however there is SO much to do at this campground it really didn't bother us. Someone ruined the bouncy pillow one of the nights we were there, but they had it fixed the next day - impressive and appreciated! I do wish they wouldn't charge for the Wibit in the pond - we decided not to pay for that as this park is very expensive to stay at - but again there is plenty of other things to do anyway...We will be back next year!!

We were there for 3 nights. The kids were never bored. Tons of activities and the other campers were pleasant.

We have been there in the past and had a great time. I feel like things are a bit run down and need updating. Our campsite were by the dumpsters and maybe it was the holiday weekend (4th of July)...but they were overflowed when we got there on 7-2-26 and they were emptied the next day. But then by Sunday they were overflowing again and we could smell the garbage at our campsites. The wave pool was not working, one of the hot tubs was not working. I also noticed that there did not seem to be enough help for the workers. There was usually one worker by the food counter and a long line. She did an amazing job!! She ran her but off and was super sweet and informative to her customers!!!! They ran out of ice cream and people were promised to have it later in the morning and that never happened. The girl running the little jeeps had no clue what was going on and did not want to come out to tell the kids what they need to do because it was too hot for her. She managed to shuffle out of her hut and explain to them what they have to do. Bathrooms were ALWAYS clean and spotless!!! Everyone enjoyed to pools and the man made lake. The activities need some help.... they did a slip and slide, but it did not work because the sand was heaped in spots so they couldn't even get down it. And the guy running the golf carts with the mullet hair cut is a complete JERK and I mean JERK!!!! He has no manners and is very rude. He asked me to pull up the golf cart onto the concrete. I pulled it next to the building and he screamed at me and told me "you are not allowed back there". I was to the right of the building where HE pointed by the window. He told me to put the keys in the lock box. I was not sure where that was and he was gone with a snap of my fingers. I found it on my own. Maybe a sign near or on the box would be helpful????? His job is to help his paying customers, he should learn to be more patient and do his job. It really is not that hard to smile and be helpful to the people. Without us, he would have no job!!!

Overall we had a great time, there was one very rude employee driving around on a golf cart that stopped and gave my kids and myself a hard time. That ruined our morning. We made the best of the rest of our stay afterwards. I don't know that I would come back after that unfortunately. She was rude and aggressive.
