The lazy river was really gross and it was disappointing. The story times were very short and it was hard to hear the staff reading. The free craft was a bit disappointing as well as the bear ears couldn't even be decorated. The heated pools were nice especially in the morning and the cabin was clean and nice.

Overall experience was great. However, we had a horrible experience at the Picnic Basket restaurant. We wanted to grab some quick food and get back to having fun, but it took 2 hours to get our "quick service" food (hot dog, Chicken tenders and fries). There were many people waiting for food. It turns out the kitchen lost several of our orders. The manager on staff was not the least bit apologetic. She did not seem to care that we were all there waiting for extended amounts of time. She was quite rude about it. I am thoroughly disappointed that we wasted several hours at the picnic basket when we should have been out enjoying the park.

We have been coming here for 3-4 years in a row and even recommended our family to come here this year. We were told that the wave pool was “struck by lightning” and while we understand that, they also told us it has been down for a month. Shouldn’t it have been fixed in that time period? Also, the adult hot tub was broken. The wave pool area was also incredibly dirty this year with garbage all over and not picked up day to day and tables were filthy in the morning. We also saw the cleaning crew come around during the day and as they were carrying trash bags to the next garbage can, they lifted the trash bags over people’s chairs/towels and personal belongings. The building that also served ice cream cones was down again too. The family that we recommended to come had a cabin and their air conditioning was broken (right before a heat wave). A child also cut their foot on something sharp in the jump pad sand area. While some things were good like usual, a lot of this was disappointing.

We had a great experience the only huge problem was the water at the littles kids water slide was ice cold the whole 5days we were there. Because of this my kids couldn’t go down the slides. The little kids areas need to be heated!!!!

This park has really become run down. The gravel road to our site is grown over with grass and hard to tell if you are actually on the road. The wave pool did not work and was very dirty. The lazy river needs the water level brought up so you don’t drag on the bottom. Sad that you charge for Wibit and have to schedule an appointment- it’s vacation no one wants to worry about appointments very dumb. We are already paying a ridiculous amount for the site and daily wristband why guage people for that. Second year now that the adult hot tub is not working. One bright side the girl who checked us in at the gate was very friendly. I wish the rest of your staff had her energy.

We have been coming to Jellystone in Warrens, Wi since our children were little and now we are enjoying Jellystone with our grandchildren! There are so many activities to do and it’s a great way for the kids to bond.

Upon arrival, our cabin was half cleaned. There was old rotting food in the cabinets, and cleaner still on the stove top and microwave that had been applied but not wiped off. The amenities were fantastic, the water park was fun, slides were great. However, i had a few questions i had asked a few random staff members and they couldn't help me due to a language barrier. Otherwise, my kids did have a blast. The food and ice cream was good. The different activities were creative and a lot of fun. It was all around a good stay but not quite a 5 star rating.

Disappointed in water park and golf. Golf course needs much work and just take a leaf blower to clean off greens! Hot tub has been broken for at least 3 years! We have been coming 34 years and seen a lot but time to clean up some stuff! For the price we pay needs some love! Bears need to come out more also around the park!

We have lots of great memories camping at Jellystone Warrens 20+ years with my kids and as a kid myself. This latest trip was a reunion weekend with the group we always camped with and our young adult children. We did all our favorite things and had a great time. Some things that have changed and we missed: train stopping at 2pm I think it was. That’s too early and no, I don’t want to pay for the night train. Sites are expensive and what made that ok was the all inclusive aspect other than treats. Also disappointed with our site. We were in D6 which is on a slope completely tree & root covered, no grass. Thankfully it didn’t rain but would have been a mud pit. Lots of tripping hazards & difficult to sit around firepit (sloped/rooted area). We used other sites in our group but there’s no way that one should be premium priced like the others. Even pulling through when parking has to be strategic to avoid tree when putting slide out, and allow a little space to exit camper on somewhat flat space with less roots, although still lots.
